It won't cause it's off campus but u can use refund money to pay for it. It's a monthly fee.

I love it, I think every place is going to have something for someone to complain about, but overall it's a great place. There are pretty good amenities, although it's considered off-campus housing it's literally right with the GSU housing which is super convenient. It's expensive but I think its worth it.

Everyone's rent can be different based on what room you have and all that, but my rent is $975 a month

@@MWonder97 My roomates and I love it! The rent includes a utility "allowance" but once you go over that you are charged and pay through a different company

@@thevanessakay Well everyone's is different, but I know the base price is depending on your floor plan and room, then it is extra depending on what floor you are on, different floor ranges are differnt prices

It isn't housing through the school, which is why it is considered off-campus. Therefore yes, anyone in school beyond high school can stay here as long as you are a student somewhere.
