I am an extremely satisfied and proud owner of six QU-Bit modules. Their approach to product design and innovation is top-notch and I hope they are justifiably proud of what they've developed to date. In addition, they've won me over with another extremely important aspect...Their customer service. A call out to Sarah for handling a problem I had with my Bloom sequencer (Pitch control did not work). She immediately sent me a new unit, and when I asked about the exchange, she told me to send back the old one once I receive the replacement in good order...This was astounding to me. Needless to say, I returned it promptly and with great appreciation for not having to wait out the expected shipments back and forth. I absolutely love this company, and listening to Andrew shows me that the culture of excellence flows from the top.

Great questions Great Answers I really didn't plan to watch the whole thing but the vibe is authentic and interesting I just couldn't stop ! Great to hear Andrews story 👏 I love Qu Bit and I now understand so much more , and had fallen further in love with this amazing Brand.
