@@foulcharacter3863 While I respect your opinion, I personally have never understood this claim. In comparison to Opposing Force, yes, Blue Shift was a bit of a downgrade. But on its own it is still a solid experience. Its essentially just more Half-Life. How could more Half-Life possibly be a bad thing?
Javid Mirzayev I’m not him but with the cool thing known as context clues I think he means that if you’re scared by the noises or weirded out you are a peasant.
@@redpanda7297 Oh. Well that is helpful, English isn't my first language which is why i had so much trouble understanding him. In the end you helped me so thank you.
The moment for me was getting the flashlight. I grabbed it, sat in tension for several more seconds as nothing happened. Moment I relax to grab some ammo, headcrab flies at me.
Getting the AR2 and being swarmed by infinite black headcrabs was pretty wild. I was really impressed with how all out they went with that scene, especially after the initial scene with the flashlight.
I really love this actually. It has a way of showing that this world is alive and that the barnacles and headcrabs are still just animals with basic instincts, hunting and acting as such. Its just that from a gameplay perspective we see them as traps and enemies.
The headcrab just dribbles out of the barnacle when it finishes, which i think is really funny. Like, imagine you're a headcrab and one day you're walking along a cold and strange floor, when suddenly you're hoisted unwillingly into the sky and fucking liquefied.
fuck. this. level. I don’t actually own a vr but my buddy down the road does, and playing this by myself when he was sleeping was one of the creepiest things I’ve experienced
Wait a minute, I didn't see any half-life I just watched a clip of a E-girl cracking a joke about and some guy named adam taking SEVERAL seconds to process it.
@@Rad-Dude63andathird Nah, I don't think like that. It's a Game of year, Not popularity of year. Alxy is improve VR tech alot. isn't that mean anything?
@@LokivSource2 um they said that it got them... That doesn't always mean that it scared them. And besides by this point you haven't seen a poison headcrab get eaten by a barnacle in VR yet, it is an effective seen in showing off the attention to detail. A great scene
