@@maki123. its even more high value as blue lock is a pool full of egoists and this guy seems to value supporting Isagi which is extremely hard to find in a world like Blue Lock. Even Reo and Nagi had gone through a breakup just for the ego development. Almost no one likes to support since the whole point of Blue Lock is to boost the ego and make it all about them than winning. It does beg the question to what's going to be Kurona's world niche because he has to keep up to make the cut and join the world stage otherwise someone who can do what he does while offering more will take his slot. So Kurona will need to figure out how to make himself even more valuable if he's to keep up with Isagi

@@jcartist5881 imo, not every player needs to be a striker to play an important role. kurona has insane passing abilities, he always takes up precise advantageous positions and is able to run quickly between his passes. additionally, he has fairly high field IQ (enough to keep up with isagi). these two factors alone make him an extremely valuable asset on the team that allows striker to score with minimal effort after reading chap 212, kurona has basically solidified his position on the u-20 team. hes a really good player that can synergize outstandingly well with others, push their plays to their limit, and enhance the chances of scoring a goal by an unfairly large margin

in a way, yes with small matches (aside from Noa) but in an 11v11, Isagi has never really flourished like this with anyone else other than Kurona

I cannot lie a bit, but I have come to realization, that Nagi Seishiro, is by farr the only player that truly has the most limitless potential. Think about it, Nagi with just the way he can receive the ball is already frickin perfect. When he ran plays by himself, they got kinda lucky blocking his shot. Hes managed to perform a move that even surpasses his current self. Nagi doesn't even know the basics of the game. Btw, they did not shut down Nagi, they shut down the passing routes to Nagi himself. But if he were to receive the ball, honestly in any position since his first-touch ability is basically one of the most haxed abilities, I dont think they would stop him that easily, and I also bet that he has many more unpredictable moves that "TWO" metavision users cannot read, even when fighting together against him. But right now, Nagi got a baby mind about soccer and hes too lazy lol

Most of them are better than Isagi, you have to be honest with yourself, realistically, Noa or Kaiser would have to go sweaty just to help their team win, especially against Rin and Nagi. If Nagi became really motivated to run plays by himself, he'd basically be unstoppable, and Kunigami needs to work with the team, because he by far exceeds everyone else in physical abilities (Non-Professionals)

Kaiser still can if we’re being honest. Isagi said it himself plus he was going beyond his limits anyway, but we just saw how dedicated this dude was to beating a rival other than Rin. with that ambition, only time will tell how it will be until he becomes unstoppable

He isn't the only one who can use metavision to this extent. Kaiser can use it just as good as him (I think he was still underestimating Isagi, that's why he lost to him), plus other people can use it too, like Sae Itoshi, who we've never seen go all out. I do believe there will come a point where not even the best players in the world will be able to stop him, but that should be much further down the line.

as much as i want Isagi to completely dethrone Kaiser and Ness, i want Yuki/Kaiser/Isagi/Kurona/Ness to go at full force. they would be completely unstoppable if you ask me. 2 meta visions almost full force at the same, 2 great passers and a guy who is almost invincible for 1v1s

Isagi has been working on his physics stats since the beginning, but in a rather unfocused way perhaps (he's been shown doing a lot of treadmill lol). Hopefully he can get in some focused training and also become more flexible in how he shoots scores, since Kaiser took advantage of his limited scoring capability this time

Other people already answered this, but yes, the more you stand out, the better your 'value' becomes. But there was also the added aspect of the actual bastard münchen players not getting along with the Blue Lock ones, with Kaiser and Isagi especially hating eachother.

The Isagi we see now, is definitely better than the Rin we saw at the U20 match. Then again, we haven't seen Rin in a while, and considering how much certain players have levelled up (Nagi, Reo, Chigiri) it wouldn't surprise me if Rin was on the same level or higher than current Isagi.

This anime represented itself as having the biggest ego and being the best in order to become a striker but I’m afraid it’s slowly turning into a friendship anime and not a rivalry anime. It’s lame asf. I thought blue lock was different. I’m just saying it for what it is.

i actually don’t think he’ll become the best striker but overall the best player and while i do think, he won’t get much better in terms of striking because he’ll pass majority of the time, he’s still evolving. it’s a slow burn, it can get annoying at times but be patient. He’ll find a way
