Which rating does Biden have 66 percent? Is that rating conducted by Arise because Biden was never 66 percent in any poll here in the US. Trump has been leading Biden since the few months with 46 percent for Trump and 44 percent for Biden and that is the only poll Biden was closer. The rest of the polls has Trump leading by a wider margin.
