Very depressing but absolutely true. Jacinda Ardern's destruction of NZ would never have happened if the rest of our politicians had stood up for our human rights and our democracy. Protect the vulnerable but allow the rest of the healthy people get on with their lives. The fact that they all embraced the draconian suspension of our legal rights disgusted me. I want to run away at 70 but I can't in all conscience, I have to speak out in my own small way. I had a stranger tell me after I told him I wouldn't get the jab, that he hoped I got covid and died. That statement shocked me to my core turned me into the kind of person I never thought I'd be, one who now keeps almost everyone at arm's length and distrustful of all even loved ones. At Christmas 2021 I was told I had to be vaccinated if I wanted to attend so I said ok I won't come then. The family relented but it was very awkward. No one got covid because I wasn't jabbed, surprise surprise. This is the kind of evil that current governments are spreading and Sam is right we must all fight this with all our might.

Dr Sam puts everything on the line every day and is the embodiment of integrity and light..

So true about how elections are merely an administrative function to give an appearance people have a choice of government. Thanks for the wise words Dr Sam.

You nailed it in the first five minutes Sam - it was always there, just hidden. The last 3 years has just been a "dropping of the mask". Excellent truth telling there. 6:50 - Hobbs comments echoes the Biblical position which states that humankind is "born in sin and shapen in iniquity" and St Paul further explains that we are "slaves to sin" until such time as Christ sets us free from the LAW of sin that leads to death. It is a LAW that we cannot help and cannot escape from by our own merit - hence our need for a Saviour who was SINLESS and it is our recognition of Him and our putting our trust in HIM paying the sin-debt on our behalf that saves us, hence the thief on the cross next to Jesus who said of Jesus, "We deserve death, but this man has done no wrong ... Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom" and Jesus said, "Today you will be with me in paradise". Sinfulness is a LAW of the universe that we were born into. Hobbs is right. This really makes me think about the fact that "I am a citizen of heaven" NOT of this world. Here I am a stranger and a sojourner. Wherever Christ reigns I am a free citizen. I do not belong to this world any longer. "It is for freedom that Christ has set you free. Do not therefore be enslaved again to a yoke of bondage". This is how, eventually, martyrs find the strength to live out their reality of belonging to another world and not succumbing to an evil dictator's edicts. Some of those well-read scriptures are really coming to mind as I watch this.

So glad to see you address this subject. The state has no business involving itself in our health. The first goal of the state is always it's survival. When they speak of "Threats to our democracy" they really mean threats to their power. The government and the people are not the one and same. As more people become aware of their criminality the more tyrannical they become to solidify their control. Everything they do is predicated on them maintaining control. It's ALWAYS ABOUT CONTROL.

When I joined a political party and ran for parliament I found out that democracy and human decency are only a mask. It was a bit of shock. The behaviour of most people and government officials during the plandemic was not a surprise, just confirmation. However the world is as it is and we have to work within that, I'm glad I understand it now.

If the pollies don't want the change, forget it, because the first step is for both houses of parliament to pass the proposed change before it can be sent to the people for a referendum, then the majority of people in a majority of states have to say "yes" (if most of the population of Qld, NSW and Vic want it - say 2/3rds of the population, the smaller states can still vote it down). It is very scary when our youth think that government cares about them, when they fully trust it.

In South Australia we supposedly experiencing a spike in TB, the news the other night our chief health officer sated there is no vaccine, when I was in primary school we were all "vaccinated" against TB, I took the day off, if there is no vaccine then what the hell did they give all the students.

When we act out of fear, it is flight or fight. Under present time our weakness shows. We don't have time to investigate all that the Authoritarians are doing behind the scene. The question at hand is if we change politicians will we gain our independent back??? Great insight Dr. Sam!!

A state can only be sovereign to the extent that the people are obedient to it. If we don't participate, it will cease to exist. We would have to go back to administering our own affairs rather than being reliant upon these administrative bodies

I am a loner who believes and thinks like this in my family and community. I just cannot believe how blind people are and think the powers that be are a force for good. It's also taken a toll on my marriage and I honestly don't know whether it will hold together or not. I am still carrying deep hurt from being ostracised and rejected in 2020 (I am sure this is the experience of many). In my church my wife stood by and watched while church members banned me because I would not wear a mask. As I seen it, I was not prepared to believe the lie that healthy people were dangerous and should be muzzled. She did not agree with me and stood back and said nothing while I was banned and had to join a different church. She wonders why I still haven't got over this as to her it was a trivial matter from the past. I ended up attending a different church from my wife and daughter for a year and to me this was very upsetting especially since my father in law was one of the elders making the decision to mandate masks. Now that it's all blown over and I do believe they can see the error there has been no apology made for the pain and rejection. I am back at the church who banned me as they have now got rid of their crazy lying rules. Things have returned to normal but my emotions and hurt remain damaged. If I were to mention anything about it I would be deemed a trouble maker so I suffer silently in my own mind most of the time. I am just so so sad right now. I don't know how Dr Sam can do this and stay so robust because this really takes a toll on a person since most people don't agree or don't care so you need to be a very strong person to stay positive and healthy while aware of such corruption and apathy from the general public regarding these things. I am glad I do have a relationship with God otherwise I think I would have taken the easy way out of this world by now.

I see in myself the possibility of all behaviours. Both good and bad. But there is a part that knows what is right. I believe the ~Golden Rule is the only true moral compass. "Never do unto others what you would not like them to do unto you." Or perhaps even better; the Confucian version. "Do not do to others what you do not want others to do to you."
