I wouldve put kitana in front of smoke at least because her matchup against reiko, sub, and smoke are not that bad maybe even plus. Shes top 10.

This whole tier list shows your rank can't be higher than apprentice

But reptile only has viable lows. Yea, b3 is good, but if you block low the entire time, you won't lose to a reptile. B2 is a 5% overhead knockdown that is a bit slow on startup and is full combo punishable on block. B2 charged is 40+ frames on start up and can be reacted to with little effort. If b2 charge is blocked, it is safe. However, reptile gave up his turn. Scorpion kameo is also highly reactable but admittedly still catches lower level players. But outside of Scorpion Kameo, there is little to no overhead potential. This means the only Smart option is to block low against reptile and flawless block or armor through any string reptile has. Reptile has holes in all major strings including b3 1. Im not saying reptile is bad, (there are no bad characters in mk1) However, by no means is Reptile "really F-ing good" nor does he belong in A tier. And certainly not next to liu kang and raiden haha. I completely understand that this is YOUR tier list, i just want to challenge your viewpoint as it seems as if you are speaking from this perspective having never played the character. No hate! Just friendly rebuttal!

rain is definetely not top 5 and raiden is also not A tier. Raiden is the most complete Character in the whole roster by far. He has a unreactable overhead knockdown, unreactable low starter that can be mixed with mileena ball roll just to give an example. His Combo Execution is one of the easiest in the game. He has a Projectile that breaks armor, can teleport and has a full screen armored attack which can be safe with the right kameo. And of course the best chip damage in whole game. He has plus frames and good neutral in general, so yeah he is him. Also i forgot to mention that you can‘t back dash after certain moves because he has so much advantage for some reason. U land exactly by his feet after his bf3 or f43

I know this is YOUR tier list, but Raiden and Tanya are hands down DEFINITELY S tier imo.

Dude everyone is good with Chameleon, that doesn't mean the sub is good, sun sucks. Against players that know matchup, they will blow you up on every ice clone and every string because he has gaps in every string dude, I have played him ever since day one, and people have figured him up.

Johnny Cage is the worst Top tier because everyone in the game can basically counter him. Johnny got all of this nonsense plus frames because he has no neutral game. He only got close range moves and the best strike throw. But in every string beside f321 there is a gap. So why people hate johnny is just because he doesnt can do much with his opp beside trying to mix him with grab or 9f f3.

Reptile frost kinda cheap, charge b2 cancel into freeze caught people 90% of the time
