i love that the main character is sane for once at the beginning, like “this is insanely unprofessional and i quit” is the only reasonable response in this scenario

People saying Mark guessed his way to the good ending are clearly missing the fact that he got the good ending by asserting his dominance over the demons.

I love it when the demon asked "are you sure this is the rght body". And mark just calmly replied "i am now". Honestly, that kinda makes sense lmfao

50 mins in, a couple demon activities later and mark finally decides to listen to the last tape and scribbles on the notepad only to discover that he is almost possessed love this man

The fact that Jack had to retry multiple times after paying attention to everything while Mark gets it right on the first try after fucking around is hysterical

"Nope, fuck this, time to get a new job." Honestly, one of the most realistic character reactions in a horror game.

i like that mark spent a full half an hour just doing his job before figuring out what he had to do about the demon

I swear the way he says "No Visitors" is golden and gets me every time...

the fact that mark opens the window when he sees something outside is what's going to make him lose at some point

The fact that he got so lucky with the letting strip at the very beginning which still brought the symbol into the world, and didn't even find it yet still got the right name AND BODY, all for the good ending, and he didn't even understand what he was missing or explore everything, is kind of a testament to Mark's luck in this game.

I love how Jack poured over every detail, relistened to every part, went everywhere, read everything and still failed. Mark just straight up guessed on like 50% of the game and still won.

I love how Rebeca just groans at the fact that she has to do this extra work like its something that she hates doing already when shes never done this before 😂

The way mark just stumbles ass backwards into solutions is really a sight to behold. Can't wait for more of this

I enjoy Mark, he would be the bet at demonic encounters because the demon would just...levitate a dead body and Mark would be like "Stop that, sit back down and cooperate or else"

I fucking love how he didn’t understand a single thing and didn’t even get possessed, survived and didn’t even discover the shit in the storm cellar. Good going Mark !

This game is soooo well made, the hallucinations, the characters certain emotions at certain times, the graphics, everything Literally looks like a movie Even the demo was made almost perfectly One of the best scary games ever made Like it even has that FNAF 1 and 2 theme with the phone

I love how he just kinda bumbled through the demonic possesion part, being so focused on doing his job, but still got the demon's name and correct body despite not paying attention to the demon stuff for the first two thirds of the game. 10/10, wanna see more.

As a mortician who does embalm, i can applaud the game devs for doing their homework, but there’s still a lot of inaccuracies. Especially the demons.

I downloaded this game and played it before seeing this video. It is honestly one of the scariest games out there. Had to pause multiple times due to freaking out - heart pounding and palms sweating - this game definitely puts you through the fight or flight mode.

As an exorcist, I can definitely say that one of the best ways to stop demons from getting into your house and body is to scream "no visitors." Demons follow certain rules.

Funnily enough, morticians actually listen to a lot of music while on the job, as do coroners. It keeps the job enjoyable even when it's not.

I love that, out of at least four or five people, Mark is the only one I’ve watched play this game who didn’t get the ‘bad’ ending first. I was so confused by seeing a different ending because I thought he would have ‘failed’ since he sort of guessed.

Hearing the three knocks is terrifying since that IS a demon trying to get in and if you answer the door after that you are letting the demon in. It's nice seeing the protagonist react to things how people would normally react as opposed to saying nothing and moving along like the demo. Nice breath of fresh air when horror game protagonists are like that.

It was truly remarkable how Mark seemingly stumbled into the good ending while only halfway understanding what he was supposed to do. I remember seeing Sean being really cautious and double checking everything and reading and listening to everything and he still got it wrong the first couple of times.

Playing with the night vision is such a genius move! It has the immersion in the dark but we can still see his reactions.

Mark didn’t guess the last symbol. He used elimination since none of the other ones had those three symbols which is very smart. He 100% guessed the body.

I love how Mark’s first response to seeing an emaciated body standing at the very end of a dark hallway is to charge directly at it, screaming, armed only with a piece of paper.

Imagine if they made a vr version of this game, that would be incredible
