IS a great place to live UNTIL A BIG HURRICANE HITS the area and destroys it, like what happened to Panama City Beach. Still NOT rebuilt back to what it was

Thank you for doing that run down. You mentioned a couple of neighborhoods I was not familiar with. Do you see prices stabilizing or coming down at all? They have gotten insane with the tight single home market and folks snapping up second homes since they can't travel internationally.

Thanks for watching Lisa R-Wascher! It’s very hard to predict the market, but in our humble opinion, we are not going to see price drop for a while.. as inventory increases the rate at which prices are rising should slow down, however if interest rates remain as low as they are, we will still have a steady stream of buyers in the future. Just know, as far as a long term investment goes: it’s much better to pay top dollar for a home now at a low interest rate than it is to play a lower amount with a much higher interest rate overtime.

FYI-The bay is Choctawhatchee Bay, not Choctaw bay.

I need to move by June and I cannot find a house to rent on budget of 1400, in Crestview area, it gave stressed me a lot , because I need to be there before school start 😞😞😞
