Love Niceville. Moved here 3 years ago to be close to a family member who was aging. Love the small town feel. Feel extremely safe. Wish we had a couple more places to eat but haven't gone hungry yet!!
Thanks for watching @musicmakemehigh7170! If you’re looking to rent, You can find some budget friendly rentals in the apartment buildings off of racetrack by the Highschool that are pretty nice. There are a few building around town, however there is a pretty high demand for rentals almost year round. If you’re looking to purchase, Green Acres neighborhood in Fort Walton Beach is a great area for first time home buyers :)
