I'm pretty sure this is a Swiss meringue buttercream. It's the best buttercream I've ever had to date, and holds up well with the shapes and piping. Just be careful not to try it before you decorate... you won't have any left for the cupcakes. 😅

В России есть мастер, но по зефирным цветам. Тоже очень красиво, показаны насадки, рецепты. Она есть на ютубе, инсте. Поищите Надя Малиновка, зефирные цветы Малиновка. Насадки везде одинаковые.
