This video made me love the NBA 9 years ago. Today I came back here to remember those amazing days. So unfortunate the sound is disable, it was great. Just wanted to say thank you for the video and the memories. Enjoy NBA playoff 2020!!
I just wanted to come back to this video to say THANK YOU! When I was 10 years old watching this video for the first time it ignited a fire in me and gave me the love for basketball that I still have to this day. I will forever be grateful that I got to experience this masterpiece. 🙌🙌🙌
3:35 to 3:38, D. Wade's monster dunk! 2:26 to 2:30, Blake Griffin's F*** you dunk! 0:55 to 0:58, Lebron's "flying out of bounds, last second shot" 1:39 to 1:43, Crazy bounce pass with spin dunk 1:54 to 2:07, D. Wade's falling spin shot 4:09 to 4:16, MJ's nasty crossover then three pointer
fuck copyright. you were making no money off of this and put in a lot of work for people's enjoyment and they just have to mute it. Same thing happened with the other greatest nba plays of all time video by max funke except they took the whole video down
I cant wait to tell my kid how amazing it was to have seen Kobe, LeBron, Vince Carter, Blake Griffin, Stephen Curry, Dirk, Pierce, Garnett, Nash, John Wall, Wade, and so many others play in front of my eyes...
What makes MJ the best of all is that he was completely a winner. He took 6 rings in six finals. Thats amazing. If he had not taken a break, he could have been number 1 for points. Last thing about MJ is that millions of people started playing basketball thanks to him
It appears someones not to big of a Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Shaq, Barkley, Malone, Nash, Stockton, Wilkins, Kemp fan...Theres way to much Jordan, and so many better plays, not to say those arent all amazing, but come on all those names I mentioned each had at least a few highlights in their careers that would knock a few of those out.
Dean Newton Serious?, it takes 6 seconds before the first travel in this clip. 0:06, count the steps with no dribble. The slow-mo at 0:10 even helps prove the travel. BTW I am a basketball referee, just to qualify my comment.
Point b. should shut your uneducated mouth up! Half-step, lol anything else you want to invent to suit your argument? And btw, you ain't seen me ref you Nimrod...lol who says nimrod. NBA[edit] For the 2009-10 season, the NBA modified its rule regarding traveling to update antiquated language. The rule still allows for only two steps.[2] NBA Rules NO. 10-Violations and Penalties Section XIV-Traveling [3] a. A player who receives the ball while standing still may pivot, using either foot as the pivot foot. b. A player who receives the ball while he is progressing or upon completion of a dribble, may use a two-count rhythm in coming to a stop, passing or shooting the ball. The first count occurs: (1) As he receives the ball, if either foot is touching the floor at the time he receives it. (2) As the foot touches the floor, or as both feet touch the floor simultane- ously after he receives the ball, if both feet are off the floor when he receives it. The second occurs: (1) After the count of one when either foot touches the floor, or both feet touch the floor simultaneously. c. A player who comes to a stop on the count of one may pivot, using either foot as the pivot foot. d. A player who comes to a stop on the count of two, with one foot in advance of the other, may pivot using only the rear foot as the pivot foot. e. A player who comes to a stop on the count of two, with neither foot in advance of the other, may use either foot as the pivot foot. f. In starting a dribble after (1) receiving the ball while standing still, or (2) coming to a legal stop, the ball must be out of the player's hand before the pivot foot is raised off the floor. g. If a player, with the ball in his possession, raises his pivot foot off the floor, he must pass or shoot before his pivot foot returns to the floor. If he drops the ball while in the air, he may not be the first to touch the ball. h. A player who falls to the floor while holding the ball, or while coming to a stop, may not gain an advantage by sliding. i. A player who attempts a field goal may not be the first to touch the ball if it fails to touch the backboard, basket ring or another player. PENALTY: Loss of ball. The ball is awarded to the opposing team at the sideline, nearest spot of the violation but no nearer the baseline than the foul line extended. NOOB!
Catches ball in air lands on pivot foot takes 1 step takes second step score no travel. I don't disagree that many players get away with traveling (they are very fast people, hard to tell sometimes). But I that particular dunk is not a travel. 0:06
The league was way more aggressive back then, now it's like if you laugh on the bench, you get ejected. Plus more fouls are placed since so many kids started coming out of highschool and not college.
I liked this video, great highlight selections, guess it got muted cause of the music but that's ok, I'd rather just have game audio than music most of the time
FIRMLY beleive this is one of the absolute best mixes on youtube. including the second one i have probably watched them over 20 times combined. i also think that you should do a new video after every season ends, including playoffs and mix the old with the new as well as you do. thats for making my time useful on youtube, if thats at all possible.
No Reggie Miller step back 3, no AI, no Jon Starks baseline dunk on Bulls, Steve Francis dunk.... I know there's a lot of plays to consider, but there was no plays from 90's except for Jordan dunks. You didn't even have any Jamal Crawford
You made one kick ass video. One guy tried to use All of the Lights with one of his compilation videos and it sucked. You timed the plays to the music perfectly.
