Now, for a moment, move back to Isaiah 45:1.
One of the Most Astounding Biblical Prophecies-A person is named in v. 1 as Cyrus.
Cyrus is an identifiable person in history, mentioned also in II Chronicles 36, Ezra 1-4, and Daniel 1-10. Cyrus ruled Persia from 559 to 530 BC. There is nothing extraordinary so far, except when you look back at when Isaiah wrote this chapter.
For the biblical facts, look at Isaiah 6. When did Isaiah start writing? “The year that King Uzziah died”. When was that? 739BC. That date happens to be exactly 200 years BEFORE Cyrus was the King that Ezra & Daniel are writing about.
Let me give you a modern equivalent to help that event sink in. Russia recently elected a man named Vladimir Putin to be the next President of Russia. On March 18, 2024, Putin won the presidential elections of Russia. That is just a fact of history.
But, for a well-known and recognized servant of God to have publically predicted that momentous event in writing 200 years ago would be astounding.
Three very well-known and godly men lived 200 years ago. Most of us in this place have heard of one or more. They are pioneer missionaries to India William Carey, American missionary Adoniram Judson, and famed orphanage founder and man of faith George Muller of Bristol, England. So, all three of those servants of God were alive 200 years ago.
What you are reading in Isaiah 45 about Cyrus being in power would be the historical equivalent of one of those three missionaries writing, publishing, and distributing the world over--that a man by the name of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin would become the President of Russia, in the future.
Only God would know such a thing. Only God could know who will rule on Earth and when. Only God's Word has historical facts prophetically revealed hundreds and even thousands of years before they happen.

Unfortunately most of his prophetic understanding is lies. They are from Jesuit priests Francisco Ribera and Alkazah, futurism and dispensationalism, both written from the pen of Jesuits. John has no prophetic understanding of who Israel is. God is not happy with these lies at all, since it gives people false hope in a pretribulation rapture that will never happen.

Pastor John, a quick point: you keep using the name, “Belteshazzar” in reference to the king of Babylon who came after Nebuchadnezar. Bel-TE-shazzar was Daniel’s Babylonian name! I believe you mean Belshazzar, as in Daniel, chapter 5. (My apologies, but this has been like fingernails on a chalkboard to my ears. 😣)

I am not an educated man and I don't want to imply that I am on your intellectual level. But from all that I can gather there are a couple of prophecies that are much greater than the one presented by you. Not the least of which are the birth of Christ and the second coming of Christ. There was a literal name given. A name. As in, his pagan parents could have called him anything and they named him with a moniker that was found in Jewish Scripture. HE WASN'T JEWISH. HE WAS PAGAN. And then, their little Cyrus grew up to be a king who ordered the rebuilding of the Temple of God. I really don't understand the purpose of your question if not to compete with Dr. Barnett about whose interpretation of the word "greatest" is more accurate.

The words "most Astounding" in the title of the video serves it better as I agree the prophecies of Messiah's coming are "greater", but what makes this astounding - like the specific timeline of Messiah's arrival and execution predicted in Daniel 9:25 and 9:26 - is that there is a specific and clear prediction, generations in advance, which does indeed happen and has been historically documented BEFORE and AFTER the event. These are solid evidence that the Bible is not just a bunch of stories; it is God's word and that has predicted specific events in advance with accuracy 🙌

There are actually NO prophecies that can be shown to have been written before the events they predicted, though. The oldest known copy of Isaiah is hundreds of years AFTER King Cyrus. It's the same as if I wrote a book and miraculously predicted that Bill Clinton would be president. Twice! See, I named him by name and even specified he would win twice. I am amazing.

Zephaniah 2:4 prophecy came to fruition on Oct 7th 2023. The cities of Ashdod and Ashkelon were both struck by Hamas on that day and Gaza has,indeed, been forsaken.

But what about Daniel 12:1-3 which is describing the Great White Throne judgment of Rev 20:12 ? Daniel 12:1 is also the same as Matt 24:21&22. These passages are related and show the dead who's names "Are written," in the book of life escape the fire.

The Bible does not say they will be punished forever. The Bible says they will be destroyed in the lake of fire. The Lake of Fire is the SECOND DEATH. The wage of sin is death, not eternal punishment. Rom 6:23 The wage of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son that whosoever believed in Him should not PERISH (DIE) but would have eternal life.

99,9% of all Prophecies in the Bible have already fulfilled. But the biggest and last Prophecy which Jesus foretold fulfills in front of our eyes. However, most people do not pay heed even though it is a matter of life and death. Matthew 24 : 14 And this good news of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come...... The most people who read so many times the teaching of Jesus on how to pray God, never understood the real meaning of it. Matthew 6 : 9, 10.

Since my purpose to to help my fellow believers in Jesus to prepare I will attempt. 1. 1thess4: 13-17. Notice the resurrection of the righteous happens before the RAPTURE. 2. Rev20: 4-6 notice the FIRST resurrection of the righteous includes martyrs of the tribulation refusing the mark of the beast making the resurrection of the righteous posttrib making the rapture posttrib. 3. Daniel 12:2 notice 2 resurrections 1 of the righteous into eternal life and the other is the condemned to eternal contempt. 4. Rev20: 4-15 notice the FIRST resurrection is the righteous into eternal life and the 2nd is the condemned to eternal contempt ( lake of fire) 5. 2thess2:1-7 Jesus returns and gathers together all the righteous ( resurrection and rapture) Paul calls this the day of the Lord that is NOT ar hand, NOT imminent and will not come until AFTER the apostasy and the revealing of antichrist. 6. Matt24: 43, 44 Jesus says He comes as a thief . No one knows the date or the hour. 7. 1thess5: 1-6 Paul says the day of the Lord ( continuation of 1thess4.) Comes as a thief BUT NOT AS A THIEF TO BELIEVERS. BELIEVERS won't know the day or hour but real close in the timing!! 8. 2peter3: 10 Peter says the day of the Lord comes as a thief. 9. Rev16:15. The only place in revelation that uses this phrase. After the 6th seal Jesus interjects " behold I come as a thief..." 10. Matt24: 15 abomination of desolation is the revealing of antichrist. 11. Daniel 12 after the abomination of desolation is 1290 days. 12. Rev13 after the beast is revealed he has 42 months (1290 days) 13. matt24: 21 after the abomination of desolation is tribulation . 14. Matt24: 29-31 immediately after the tribulation Jesus returns and gathers together all the righteous believers. There is more but all scriptures point to posttrib!! Repent from the false pretrib rapture doctrine and prepare matt24: 45-47 a wise and faithful servant prepares for the due season and is SO DOING WHEN JESUS RETURNS!! Prepare spiritually for martyrdom and prepare physically supplies for the due season of the mark of the beast and antichrist and tribulation!!

enjoyed your teaching ....until you referred to pre-trib rapture....The idea of a pre-tribulation rapture, which is the belief that the rapture will occur before the seven-year Tribulation, originated in the 19th century and is based on Bible translations analyzed by John Nelson Darby in 1833. Darby claimed to have come up with the idea 30 years earlier, around 1827......The secondly most commonly used passage by those who believe and to support their thesis that the church will be taken before the tribulation is 2 Thessalonians 1 in particular the passage which states: " 6And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. 7For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way." We know that Christ is no longer on earth and in part why the Holy Spirit was sent to take his place until he returns as king to rule the earth from Jerusalem and so this is who Paul is referring to who will be removed so the Beast/Antichrist comes to power. As a side note each of the aspects of our god the Father, Son and Holy Spirit have unique and separate participation in the events since the dawn of man's history. The Father primarily involved with the Jews through the time of the Old Testament, the Son walking on earth for 33 years to bring salvation to the world then the Holy Spirit sent to govern, teach, and then bring the final days events to fruition. So, the claim the Pre-trib camps like to use from 2 Thessalonians 2 is that since the Holy Spirit will be leaving the earth so the Beast comes to full power that must mean the church cannot be here since the Holy Spirit lives side by side with the believer. The first problem with this theory is it assumes the Holy Spirit will then no longer dwell with the believer. 2 Thessalonians does not say that or even imply it. It only implies the Holy Spirit will no longer restrain Satan. Secondly, we must remember prior to the Holy Spirit begin sent on the day of Pentecost he was not on the earth, yet down through the ages many were saved-the Jews and Gentiles alike who became Jews. So, to further promote this belief using this passage holds no credence whatsoever.

"What would you think if a pastor in 1789 told George Washington that in the future Vladimir would be elected to president of Russia?" That would be impressive, but that's a fallacious analogy. A better analogy would be: "What would you think if we found a book that was written in 1902 that said there was a guy who lived in 1789 that predicted Vladimir Putin would be elected president of Russia?" Intelligent people would think "That's easy to claim AFTER the fact, but can you prove it?" The oldest known copy of Isaiah is from around 200-150 BC. King Cyrus lived hundreds of years BEFORE that. Until someone can show that Isaiah was written BEFORE those events happened, there is nothing amazing here. I can write a book right now claiming that my grandpa predicted Reagan, and the everyone would agree that I'd need to PROVE he made that prediction back before Reagan was elected. Yet, Christians just blindly accept that it MUST be true even though there is no evidence that the book of Isaiah even existed before Cyrus became king.

All of the words and prophecies in your book of fairy tales (bible) mean exactly what you want them to mean and if they mean something different to another person then that alternative meaning is just as legitimate as yours. The biblical phrases and predictions are so ambiguous and vague that you can turn to any part of this fanciful book of scribblings and claim that it refers to any modern event or political scenario. The so called and mostly self appointed experts at deciphering this gobbledegook become so tied up with their interpretations that they refuse to believe that the nonsense they are reading could mean anything else other than what they think, most of the things written don`t mean anything, they are just the musings of demented authors. But the experts will always find hidden meanings in the largely imaginary and contradictory stories. Anybody who bases their knowledge of history on the bible does themselves an injustice, E.G. there are no records of the world being flooded in Asia, Europe or anywhere else except the Middle East, all the nonsensical stories in the bible are confined to the Middle East and the Christian God cult.

Don't get your knowledge from sinners. Jesus said who is worthy for that in Matthew 23-8. Also read who, specifically to never, ever follow in Luke 21-8. Most preachers spin The Bible into interpretations which only serve themselves and actually harm others. The YT churches are worse than the mega churches - there, I made my discernment about them. Evil and worse evil. The mega churches do it through mass hypnotism and the YT churches add to that a "hollywood" style. It's entertainment, it's not helping God.

I hope you recover from the harm this person has done to you. This channel has created much harm to many. @@jeffc5474 If you know that all organizations are corrupt, then why would you be taught by anyone but God (Matthew 23-8) and why would you want to receive instructions from anyone but Jesus (Matthew 23-10)? Learning is done in The Way above, not in the church. You even admitted that. Everything about a "preacher" or a "predictor" should be to bring people to the Gospel, especially when the majority of the listeners will have never heard it. Preaching the Gospel is the salvation which Individual Soul's repentance brings by Grace of God through The Lord Jesus Christ, which is His living testimony of Christ, The Messiah for ALL People - Jesus was very explicit in how to present the Gospel to others. The Deeds of Christ and why we have Salvation in Christ by what Jesus Did is where preaching should remain, they are not teachers nor instructors. They are only predictors or preachers. All this according to long ago ancient texts (700 bc) regarding God and His Glory, and The Glory of His Son (Proverbs 30-4) and what Jesus Does today for us (John 15-26), in which we should always "Delight" - God says we will "Delight" and is speaking directly about Jesus (hundreds of years bc in Malachi 3-1).
