My wife and I visited Hoi an five times and decided to move here from the United states. We absolutely love it here and can't imagine living anywhere else! Vietnam is so beautiful with the nicest people in the world! ATB Sam Adler from Hoi an,Vietnam
Awesome!! I am waiting for my passport and for the last 2 months I get online all day figuring out where I want to get out of the US and I have really decided to go to Da Nang or Hoi An 😅 takes forever to get a passport 😢. Hope it’s easy to just find a short studio apartment and start living!!
I visited Hoi An 3 years ago. It was for my 65th birthday. My son was living there at the time, Close to An Trang beach. Hoi An is quite beautiful in the evening, when all those lanterns get lit up. I can relate to the heat, this time of year. I was there just about 1 week after my birthday on July 3rd, and it was so hot. I'm a new subscriber. Safe travels
I loved Hoi An as well but i waa there 20 years ago so a lot less tourists back then. The food for me was amazing in central Vietnam, people super friendly.
I love Hoi An. It's a must-visit place whenever I visit Vietnam. I love staying in the Garden Village area and biking through the paddies to the central downtown area. I seriously will visit Hoi An on my next visit.
Upload was your best so far. Wow it's busy there nowadays. I visited 19 years ago. Spent a 4 days. Got the most beautiful thing I own made in the Old Town. A 3 piece black satin/silk suit. I've worn all the pieces many times & not one stitch has given in nearly 19 years!
Fantastic vlog, I can see that you genuinely enjoyed Hoi An. Helps us solidify our decision to spend 17 days of our SE Asia trip in Hoi An. We are slow travelers and like to settle in to a place before moving on. We'll done! Also, we expatriated to Panama City 6 years ago, and love your idea to visit this area next. You'll enjoy.
Great drone footage. Visited Hoi An about 10 years ago and loved it. It certainly has changed. Would love to visit again after watching your blog. Keep up the good work. Stay well.
They make awesome leather products like boots, handbags, etc. I had a pair of nice buffalo hide boots made. They took the measurements of both feet, and calves and made a pair of amazing boots, which I use in Alaska during the fall. I love them. I also bought a bunch of pottery products as well. It was the first time I visited Hoi An. The second time I visited I didn't spend as much money.
Wao, what an adventure you are on! I have been to southeastasia many times during the 1990’s and me and my kids are still frequent visitors 🤓 Singapore and Taiwan is our favourites. Regards from Sweden 🇸🇪
Watching this video, the two of you are very happy, and touched by the emotions of the online trip. Wish you two always happy, life will become optimistic. In Vietnam, there are many units that organize professional driftwood, good service, and the price is not very expensive. This video is beautifully shot. Girlfriend was emotional, I cried too. Wish you have more journeys to discover Vietnam such as Sapa, Ha Giang, Trang An - Ninh Binh.
G'day Guys, I doubt that my wife and I will ever get to Vietnam but your vlogs have given me a sense of being there anyway. Over the years we have visited Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan, and of course Bali. It must have been my sub-conscious, but Vietnam was not on my radar for travel, but thank you for showing us just how beautiful the place and people are. Hope the rest of your stay is just as exciting and stay safe. Rob G.
It sounds like our travels were similar. Think about a trip to Vietnam, stopped by here recently just to see it. That was five years ago. I am still here. :)
Welcome to watch your videos in Hanoi. Hanoi cuisine is very rich, delicious, with lots of vegetables, and special spices. Surely 2 balls will be enchanted. Wish you two always have fun, have many interesting experiences! Love you two!
In the old days, yes, Hoi An was the beautiful city in the entire world, these days it’s swarmed with people of slum mindset who litter indiscriminately wherever they go. Vietnam could be better if the people stopped littering indiscriminately.
I watch how you keep growing every single day in your channel. It's because of your great content & your great personalities. You deserve all the recognition definitely
Hoi An is by far the most beautiful old town in Vietnam. So good to see the buzz back there. It really does deserve more time, but I loved your video. The Aussie twang is so relatable!! Going to Danang you should try and do a foodie tour with Vietnam Food Safari, they also have an amazing food App. I also do a travel podcast called - What About Vietnam also on You stubs and podcast channels. Hope you continue to enjoy Vietnam.
Hungover, dog tired, sweaty from walking in stinking heat. You always look beautiful Mandy. Love your sweet giggly personality. Lloyd's a lucky dude...Stay safe, best wishes as you go about your journey.
Thank you for visiting to my country ! Hopefully the trip and the accommodations and the peoples meet to your expectations. Finally enjoyed the trip !!!👍
When i stayed here it was at the Coco river resort beautiful hotel and about 20 by shuttle bus from the main part of Hoi An. I had 7 nights here and it was just a amazing, great food and lovely people.
Love you guys. Love the details (prices, name of the food and etc) & love the recommendations. We will be in HoiAn in little over 2 months. Super awesome to see what is like now. Cant wait to see your upcoming Danang and Hanoi as we will be there too. Hopefully you will make it to halong bay and ninh binh. Would love to see your experience there as well.
Loving the vlogs, great content 👌 keep em coming 😊 not sure how long your spending in Northern Vietnam but if you get a chance try and visit ninh binh. Tam coc is a must. Or check out mai chau for a homestay experience in one of the local mountain villages ✌️ safe travels guys
How did I miss this video? Ah well ... I love it! How do you find all of your nightly accommodations, Guys? Asking because where you stay is always so posh looking, and choice! Rocket Languages and Babbel are also good lingo-learning tools. And, those tropical rains are fierce, when they come. They come in droves and deluges. Then ... bam, as quickly as they come they go and the skies clear. The drone footage is spectacular, Guys -- all of those lanterns are beaut!
Costa Rica and Ecuador are both amazing. I would be happy to share some ideas for both. Love your channel. I’m headed to portugal and Spain for a month in October and thailand for a month in January
We are going to Hoi An next year! super excited !!! We have friends that did a world trip and said Hoi An was their favorite place. Which is why we are going. my question is; We are staying at the Hoi An golden holiday hotel and spa,on Hai Ba Trung Street, is that to far out of the main town area? anyone out there, I would greatly appreciate any info and restaurant tips... a bit worried as I am not a sea food eater. Keep up the blogs they are such fun!
Omg that looks awesome at night on the boat. Wow on our list for sure. Mandy you've got fans lol. You guys are awesome keep them coming. 👏 xxx Love love love ❤️
You two should really visit the Northern Vietnam area. You should take the hiking tours they offer. I can't recall the name of the villages I went to up north, but they are fairly close to the China border.
Các bạn chưa thử bánh mỳ Phượng Hội An à. From Hanoi
Hey guys, new to the channel and you guys are smashing it! I’m travelling with my girlfriend to northern Vietnam in November, we have the main places we want to go to but struggling on how much time to spend in each place as we only have 2 weeks. Hanoi, halong bay (2night cruise), sapa, (flight to) da nang - hue and hoi an. Sorry about the huge message, it’s just there is so much on the internet but you two have a similar vibe to us! Nice one
Thank you for letting everyone take part in your holiday experience. Having been to Vietnam a few times, by watching those restaruant scenes e.g. at 17:14 it reminds me of those ridiculous baby plastic chairs which almost knock your teeth outh when you sit down. Could be so much better in Vietnam. Compared to Thailand they have no feel for tourists. Its just all Money. I remember being in Hanoi where this bar woman pestered everyone if they did not drink fast enough (in her mind).
