( الَّلهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الهَدمِ ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ التَرَدِّي ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الغَرَقِ وَالحَرَقِ وَالهَرَمِ ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَن يَتَخَبَّطَنِي الشَّيطَانُ عِندَ المَوتِ ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَن أَمُوتَ فِي سَبِيلِكَ مُدبِرًا ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَن أَمُوتَ لَدِيغًا ) It was narrated from Abu’l-Yusr that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) used to say in his supplication: “O Allah, I seek refuge in You from being crushed; and I seek refuge in You from falling from a height, drowning, being burned and from senility; and I seek refuge in You from the Shaytaan gaining control over me and confusing me at the time of death; and I seek refuge in You that I die having turned my back while fighting for Your sake; and I seek refuge in You that I die from a venomous sting or bite.” اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ خَيْرَ زَمَانِيْ آخِرَهُ، وَخَيْرَ عَمَلِيْ خَوَاتِمَهُ، وَخَيْرَ أَيَّامِيْ يِوْمَ أَلقَاكَ “O Allah, let the best of my lifetime be its ending, and my best deed be that which I seal [my life with], and the best of my days the day I meet You.” اللهم إني أسألك حسن الخاتمة O Allah, I ask You for a good end to my life.
