Man, I have met people who went to college and were useless at what they trained for. The first two examples that come to mind were from when I worked at a fine dining restaurant. I was the top Sous Chef (right under the Head Chef), had no college or certifications (at the time), and met multiple people with Culinary Arts degrees who knew all these fancy recipes but couldn't keep up in a rush. Like, come on! We got 2 weddings and a full dining room. Hurry up!

I don't think the way you started off was correct. Most of the women that you know who are educated don't want to listen to and/or let a man lead. That's a minute number of women. And the way your marriage world is not necessarily the way every marriage world, but in very happy that you all are balanced. My best friend has been married for 40 years, and she manages the finances. Her husband makes the money, and she pays everything. So it depends on the couple.
