The Most Dangerous Power Rangers Villains Ever 

Honestly I think Venjix deserves to be on here, for actually succeeding in basically taking over the planet before RPM starts, and persisting beyond his death. Zen Aku stands out as a credible threat as well, being one of the few villains to actually command Zords. I also really liked the Jarrod/Dai Shi fusion since he actually grew in strength and character over the series, which hadn't really happened since Astronema.

Another honorable mention in my opinion is the Tommy himself as the evil green ranger. While he still turned out good at the end, he really gave the original 5 a real fight. It took a 5 past mini series to get him defeated. He practically destroyed the 5 rangers original rangers in combat, took out Zordon AND destroyed the command center along with the morphing grid. So I think Tommy himself should have had an honorable mention as well.

Okay did we just forget about Dark Specter?! Ya know the colossal being who ALL villains reported to in the Alliance of Evil during "Power Rangers in Space"? Every villain reported to this guy. Not even Lord Zed dared to openly defy him. Heck the only one who back stabbed him was Darkonda (who just happen to have lucky access to a missile that could blow up a planet) and even there he was swiftly destroyed!

Good to see you back friend! I was very surprised to see that Ivan Ooze barely made it to the 6th position, I could have sworn he would have been on par with Lord Zedd. Never the less, I sincerely hope that he would made it to the Boom Studio's universe. He's too majestic to be just forgotten in the 90s movie.

Lord Zedd is still my all time favorite villain to this day so I'm happy to see him at number one. His full time return in Cosmic Fury was quite entertaining.

Venjix not being here is crazy. He almost destroyed two pr teams and was the closest villain in pr history of taking over the world

I don't think Lothor should've been on this list, I would've included someone like Trakeena, Master Org, Mesogog or the Venjix computer virus, you nailed Zedd though, I think he definitely deserves the number 1spot! Honestly there are so many Iconic villains it's really hard to do just the top 10

8:25 Made me think of another category. The top ten "growing monster moments". (Rita's throwing her magic wand, Lord Zedd making a grenade from his Z Staff, Divatox's torpedoes, Master Org's magic beans, etc...)

I would have put Mesagog on here. He in my opinion was one of the scariest most menacing villains in Power Rangers

I think Vengix should be on this list, since he pretty much destroyed the world of RPM before the series even started. I definitely agree with Drakon and Zed's placements. Even in Dino Fury, they state that Zed was never honestly defeated himself, only his monsters were. The Psycho Rangers should have been a bit higher though, since we have the first on screen death of a ranger at the hands of A Psycho. Also, I would flip Darkanda and Astronama on the list, since in the end Astronama ended up being so much more powerful after she got "reprogrammed." Even the Psychos would listen to her to a degree, and she was responsible for Dark Speckter being weakened so much.

Some of the best villains in Power Rangers period in no specific order. Deviot, Ransik, Trakeena, Master Org, Zedd, Astronama, Psycho Rangers (Psycho Pink specifically). Lord Drakkon (I like the design). Just wanna point out, I never read the shattered grid comic, it is on my got to do list though.

I think a true testimony to how powerful the Machine Empire was is the fact that they were the big-bads during the events of the power/rangers fan film.

I know what I'm about to say is completely irrelevant to this video but man I still miss JDF. There's not a day that goes by without me thinking of him 😢. His role in Dino Thunder is what helped me through my high school years.

Rita Repulsa has powerful magics in her arsenal, and you can argue all those creatures she sends down are powered by her dark magics. I feel she is a huge threat to the rangers if encountered directly.

Villains that should have been on this list: * Dark Specter (In Space) - Was the ultimate evil at the time, overarching other evil villain factions. Only to be outclassed by Lord Zedd (Master Zedd) at the end of Cosmic Fury when Master Zedd had the powers of six Morphin Masters; six Gods of the Morphin Grid. * Venjix (RPM/Beast Morphers) - The computer virus that depopulated most of RPM World's Earth. Came back to wreak havoc on Main Earth.

Hey there Sixth Ranger. I have to admit that this video was amazing. I really enjoyed these top ten list videos and this one really tops the charts. Especially, since this video list had some of my favorite villains, such as Ivan Ooze, Lother, The Psycho Rangers and many more. I would definitely have Ransik on my list for sure. A formidable foe for the Rangers both in direct combat and in terms of unleashing mutants on the world. Time Force is amazing

Lothor is one of the dangerous and underrated Villains of the Disney era Power rangers, this villain can shoot plasma beams out of hands and has very good martial arts to outmatch some of the Ninja storm rangers off their feet, including the Green samurai ranger🥷🥷.

Ivan Ooze will always be my favorite. Obviously, as I do agree with the list, hes not necessarily the best. But the movie he was in was the Pinnacle of my Power Rangers journey. I stopped watching a bit after that. And I've kept up but casually, which is why I love this channel. It informs me on everything I've missed without trying to sit through the episodes myself at my age. I just dont think I'd make it all the way through the episodes. They don't intrigue me like the first few seasons and first movie did.

Yeah Bandora ranks above Rita in my book because we saw her engage in some combat from time to time with her spells and magic. Geez, she mopped the floor with Burai. A few scenes like that in Power Rangers would've made her character more memorable. If I remember correctly, Zedd fought Tommy and then briefly struggled with Andros at the start of In Space.

Zedd was the first original power rangers character the show had when it showed up in the second season and I prefer that zedd to the more campy/goofy version he would become later on due to parents complaining he was to scary and that took away his ability to feel like a real threat from then on at a time when they were cobbling together footage from 2 different sentai seasons

Was it ever explained, how Lord Drakken could even posess the power of the white Ranger? I thougt it was made of the white light of goodness. Shouldn't make this impossible to wield this power if you are evil?

I get what you're saying about Rita.. but consider this.. how many power ranger villains have ever actually managed to kill a ranger? Doesn't happen very often.. yet Rita, when she came back as Robo Rita, managed to kill the Yellow Ranger.

Venjix should definitely get a spot here, as one of the only villains to cross dimensions and be the big bad for 2 seasons. Lothor being on the list and Messagog not is strange, because on the dino thunder big bad took out Lothor for good. I think Trakina was more dangerous than Darkanda, since she did pretty much destroy Terra Venture, while Darkanda actually was the one to take out Dark Spectre, so as evil as he is, that may have actually been a net win for the side of good . Ivan Ooze was not super dangerous in the grand scheme of things. If you think about it, his threat level was about on par with Rito Revolto, since they did the same thing for the plot. If we are talking villains it took the most number of rangers to take down, than Emperor Magu and Drakkon and Lord Zedd and Astronoma should be top 4. Each needing a franchise wide team up to push back/defeat.

Rita was the one who maids Tommy and Kat evil and succeeded with Kat in a lot of ways like Tommy

Great lists and it's Lord Zed for me as my top. But playing the Power Rangers game Battle for the Grid absolutely Lord Drarkkon is on the list as he has beaten many rangers across the multi verse for sure and comes the closest to taking our heros out.

their was never any indication that darkanda was involved in the creation of the psycho rangers. all he did was follow darkspectars orders and have the cybernetic implants installed in to astonima and ecliptor. he actually seamed suprised that srakspectar was weakening. he just took advantages of that fact, or tried to. Zed also activly feared the mchine empire and was activly stated to be weaker than master vile.

Yo to the creator of the 6th ranger it's been a while since you made a video and I like this one . But how and why did you leave ransik off the list of dangerous villains ❗ this mutated guy was ruthless and dark cutthroat savage main villain of the time force season ! He almost killed jen former fiancee Alex ! And he almost killed Wes father ! He destroyed frax ! And Wes the red ranger was going to sacrifice himself to save the world but the time force rangers come back to the fight and towards the end of the season the time force rangers did not beat ransik he surrendered to them because he was remorseful about his daughter ! Where's the other villains like Dai shi and Koragg from past Power ranger series like Jungle fury and Mystic force, those villains easily took on Power ranger teams by themselves by using powerful Martial and Sword combat while using Dark powers👹💀?

Venjix literally committed genocide. Or, no, worse. Omnicide! RPM isn't about his efforts to destroy the world, he WON. The rangers were on the losing end all season. Venjix even proved to be unkillable that season with his survival into Beast Morphers. In other words, the RPM Rangers failed to destroy him in the end. It is ridiculous that someone as laughable as Lothor (who tried to take over a city with a bad sitcom) is on this list and not the immortal computer virus that exterminated 99% of all life on Earth.
