The tastiest cake I've ever made is an easy and delicious cake that can be made in just 10 minutes. Simply delicious, this creamy strawberry shortcake is perfect as a dessert for a special occasion or to treat the family.
To make this moist strawberry cake I use a yeast dough which gives the cake a lovely texture. The preparation is still very easy and does not require long hours in the kitchen. It's amazing how you can whip up such a delicious cake in such a short amount of time!
Here is the simple and delicious cake recipe for the strawberry cake:
Ingredients:
200 ml lukewarm milk
2 eggs
55 grams of sugar
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
55 grams of melted butter
10 grams of yeast
500 grams of flour
Leave to rest for 1 hour
Grease baking pan with butter
Baking pan: 24x24cm
400 grams of strawberries 🍓
Leave to rest for 15 minutes
2-3 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 tablespoons of sugar
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C
