In this video, I am going to share with you the journey in the most challenging bikepacking race in Colombia using a gravel bike: Transcordilleras 2024. This bikepacking gravel race has been a rollercoaster of emotions, packed with challenges that have tested my endurance and determination, making it one of the most demanding races in Colombia.
We begin by recalling my hardest fall in the Transcordilleras 2023 race and the comeback in 2024. It was a tough blow, both physically and mentally, but as they say, falls are just lessons that prepare us to rise stronger. Overcoming those obstacles and coming back stronger was crucial in Transcordilleras bikepacking 2024.
However, racing Transcordilleras on a gravel bike is not just an event; it is an experience that transcends the sport. From the discipline change from Downhill to Gravel to the toughest stages I faced, every moment was an opportunity to grow, learn, and ask myself, "Why race Transcordilleras?" I offer you my sincere answer, along with the motivation that drove me to keep pedaling and pushing the limits.
