Hey yall, you may notice several jumps in the video around 2:29, 6:59, and 8:13. There were some clips I commented over that were flagged for copyright and I decided to trim them out. There wasn't anything super important cut out, but here's the gist of what's missing at each timestamp: 2:29 - Pick 6s were referred to as "Schaubs" for the rest of 2013 because he threw so many of them. 6:59 - Tipped balls always seemed to land in the opponents hands -- I found an abnormally large number of instances where the Texans lost the tip drill. I wonder if there are any stats that track the number of tipped interceptions a team lost. 8:13 - It was a season to remember for all the wrong reasons.
Shoutout to Gary Kubiak who got fired went to be OC of the Ravens in 2014 then promptly got to be a HC for his old team and won a Super Bowl then somehow made Trevor Siemian look like a decent NFL QB then retired.
watched this, really really enjoyed it, looked at the views... 385?!?!?! What?! This is amazing. I was expecting this to be from some massive established channel. This video is SO well done. Keep up the great work and you're going to blow up!
i’m such a fan of ur content man, seriously. top notch however, as a texans fan, fuck you for making such engaging content that reminded me of this season 😭
That's how I felt when the Niner fans cheered Lance's broken leg. It's pretty messed up when people cheer for injuries on decent people. If it was Putin or something, fine. Just cause you don't like a player's talent doesn't mean you have the right to bully them ☹️😑
@@gohawks3571theres legitimately only 3-5 people in the history of football that should be cheered for when they get injured. the fuck did schaub and lance do?
@@ihonestlydontevenknow4359 FR, in the end, it's just a game. Even if there's some bad people in it, but those guys aren't bad people. It's just sad...
This season is still as shocking to me now as it was when it happened ten years ago. I came to enjoy the Texans quite a bit after watching how they played in 2012, and I was pretty excited about how they would look going forward. It remains the most shocking single-season collapse I’ve ever witnessed as a football fan. Good to see that they finally seem to have a bright future ahead of them heading into 2024.
Ah yes the 2013 season. Where the Texans could have been 0-16 if they didn't somehow win the first 2 games and lost a ton of 1 score games and the Patriots could have been 16-0 if a few games gone their way and won a bunch of one score games.
Yea they kinda struck out on that 2014 draft, yet they went on to have a 9- 7 season in 2014. Which makes it feel like their 2013 season was even more of an anomaly
I’d say the most disappointing team in this century at least for me would have to be the 2010 chargers. #1 offense, #1 defense, one of the most dominant teams ever… fluked their way to not making the playoffs with a mixture of bad special teams and worse luck
God loves us all so much that he gave his perfect son to die for our sins and raised him from the grave to defeat death. Through faith in JESUS we can be saved and reconciled to GOD. please repent🙏♥️
