@savageryreally7058 I don't know where you and the other guy get 3 from but I can only guess you guys read the super manga where everyone is just a bag of skittles know from the franchise. But can you even count 2 fights as a win because if Vegeta really did win against Goku as fans claim why does he still wants to surpass him and sees him as his greatest rival because knowing Vegeta if he wins his fights he sees people beneath him not as equals. And he Vegeta himself never said he beaten Goku. Because the first fight he did have the advantage against Goku until Goku reversed it then Vegeta started crying and went Great Ape on 1 man instead of entire civilization like he said but never claim he won that fight. The second time they fought he lied and tricked him into working together to fight Majin Buu but then pulled a cheap shot while his back was turned and yet he still never claim that as a win. So he never really won against Goku and plus he has lost many other fights. The most fights he won in is during the Frieza Arc and had about 1 or 2 in other arcs after Frieza's. And I guess a few more in DB Super. And that's it. P.S. I know I wrote a lot but who cares it's 2024 people been doing that for years.

True, but there is a reason he struggled with Fuhrer ugly, it was the worst possible match-up possible, Atomic Samurai had the worst match up possible, too though.
Ppl doesn't undertand that he was fighting against his natural counter, a monster immune to swords, so ofc he would lose. It's the same if tatsumaki fought a monster immune to telekinesis, he would look like a weakling.

There was a scene in the Anime 'Mushibugyo' where one of the supporting characters dealt with this same problem by slashing faster than the rate of recovery or multiplication. It was nonsensical and totally broken, but cool nonetheless.

Black s might be the most powerful cadre of the monster association. Not only that, he was the hard counter to atomic samurai. Honestly I don’t understand why people think atomic samurai is weak cause he lost that fight
Tbf it wouldn't really matter if he was in a bad mood as long as you don't attack people needlessly Saitama doesn't particular care Atomic samurai was "arrogant" but that's it, keep in mind he had faith in Saitama making S class considering he says "When" you make it to S class not "If" you make it, so he clearly has confidence that Saitama will make it there
Atomic isn't weak, his ability is to cut everything into atoms, and since BlackS can regenerate and multiply every time he is cut, having Atomic fight BlackS is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline. Similar to Bang, he is unable to effectively combat against monsters that are too large or not in solid form to be harmed by physical attacks ex..Elder Centipede, Evil Natural Water, Ancient King....
If the dragon levels had ranks, I'm pretty sure black S would at the very least be 2nd place, but I would argue considering he overpowered Tatsumaki(tbf she was already pretty weakened but she was still one shotted technically). Atomic samurai was just unlucky enough to be the one facing him while he was evolving 😂
He wasn't mocked for being weak though. He was mocked because he snubbed Saitama about strength, who is easily the single strongest being that verse by a long shot. Most of the fandom agrees that Black S is one of the strongest monsters in that verse to begin with.
God damn, this show is insane. Not even the huge climatic scenes which make me realise, even though they do. But the little powerful scenes are peppered throughout. All incredibly believeable and nuanced. For example the scene with martin and dieter playing that game up the roof

The only opponent that was nearly immune to all of his attacks. He had trillions of cells and could just split apart when cut. Not to mention the fact that each of the little bastards were high level monsters on their own.
Even with Black S, Atomic had a counter. He had a move specifically for something that could divide itself, disintegrating a portion of Black S. If Black S decided to face Atomic directly, he could have been killed. Black S was one of the most powerfull monsters in the Monster Association, a threat with God level potential if he could consume enough protein to split himself enough or potentially even surpass Platinum S. Despite all his power, Black S is also very cautious. Even as Platinum S, he still sent out several copies as insurance in case Platinum got killed. What makes Black S soo dangerous is his sheer potential combined with coutiousness.
The Cadres were sent as a perfect counter to the heroes that comes inside the lair. Don’t disrespect Atomic, an even more so humiliating lose (imo) was Amai Mask against Fuhrer Ugly. To say the least, everyone went against opponents that they’re no natch for
