I was in this match. EXTREMELY UNBALANCED. Half our vehicles would get destroyed exiting the spawn with the firebase. Then we took the whole map and now find ourselves having to cross that bridge to continue on... Couldn't even get close to it

I just remember him saying he thinks the development of the game is too slow, but I didn't understand that because 1) there was Covid, and 2) they took time from doing content to do the massive graphical overhaul which not only makes the game look much, much better but improved the frame rate and latency. Was I the only one that appreciated this upgrade in fidelity of the game?

I know it's late af but as squad leader you can put down observe pings or give your squad fireteam leads and they can put down observe/attack/etc. pings that show up on map and in visual, this way you can co-ordinate fire with the guns a lot better! :) Though I don't know anything about this mod you're playing with, that might get rid of it.
I was sq4 SL in this match, i was leading the defence at the other chokepoint bridge, its like i was calling in drone strikes the whole game, all i saw was mraps exploding in the distance xD
You should play the “Occupation game mode on Karmakut’s Dynamic Direction Mod. It would give a lot more importance to your magnificent Fob. In Vanilla Squad, why they didn’t just leave you alone, and play the objectives is beyond me. GG!

@@elestromusicgamesfun1101 and for maximum virtual PTSD play War of Rights. It's a civil war game with line tactics and artillery. The pants crapping feeling of being shelled in that game is something special.
@@elestromusicgamesfun1101 lol it's mostly American servers but there is a decent scene in western Europe too. You meet a lot of British and German players. Also there is formal reinactment companies that play regularly you can join. To be honest the player base isn't huge but it's big enough you can have fun playing the game
is there a way to tell exactly how much time u have until u bleed out? because sometimes i have time to still fight for some time and sometimes i bleed out almost instantly...
The very first thing i thought when i watched the intro was "This is completely unfair for the attacking team. What can they possibly do?" And i was right. I wish games would think about balance more when designing.
You can see them getting hit with mortars, another thing they could use are commander assets. They could focus snipers on the TOWs, or even long range tank shots
I like this map but every time I've played it I've been in attacker and it is honestly the worst most poorly balanced map in the mod. As long as the defenders are moderately careful they really don't have to do anything but sit across that River and kill everything on the bridge. Fun but kind of sucks if you're an attacker
