I'm living in the province of Quebec ( Canada ) yep in the snow for near 6 months out of the year, River Landings in my point of view is PARADISE and hoping one day to get for me and the wife a lot from Rick !!! As always great video Andrew, thanks and a happy new year to you and your loved ones.
Absolutely love it when you go back to Riverlandings and see how the place is progressing. Fantastic to see Rick and his wife are moving there. @ 10:30 Those coach covers do not look like they would stand up to hurricane force winds... also if you're going to have such coach covers why not build them stronger and use the top surface for solar panels?
They only cater to class A motorhomes because I guess there is a demand for space for these types of vehicles. Plus, it is much easier to park anywhere with a class B or C.
It’s a very nice place but why buy one of these place when you have a coach to stay in? It kinda defeats the whole purpose of buying a nice coach and then go and buy a coach house to stay in.
I like the this idea but wonder if there are any that would accommodate a Showhauler …. Where you can purchase a casita ..I like that for family visiting

Why not just buy other homes in different areas and have a beautiful vehicle ( Porsche GT3) for travel with, it would come out a much better deal considering depreciation, and all expenses.
Yeah, I’m not understanding the concept of an RV resort where each lot has an 1800sqft home. What’s the point? The pool I can see, but a whole house? Kinda defeats the RV portion.
If you have $1 milliion please contact me about my 27 acres with a view of the mountains and the Pacific just outside of San Diego! Just kidding I am not selling but there are so many real homes in nice areas where you can park your RV why buy at this type of place? Wonder how many buyers will be happy 5 years from now? Kind of reminds me of the timeshare biz. I can appreciate there are those who want that but to me it would get very boring. Plus I assume there is an HOA on top. I did not make it to the end of this video to find out. I usually enjoy Andrew's videos but seems he may be drinking the Kool- Aid on this "resort".
Internet buffering all morning. Everyone will visit all this in their own late model coaches of comfort. There will be a 17 PCT sales tax on every non- essential NEW thing, so stay away for savings. Trade used anything. No tax.
