The energies represented by these four elements are basically the fundamental realities of life which are analyzed and expressed in the form of this magnificent building.
I cant believe this is exist in my beloged country, Indonesia! hope with the flooding of tourist comes to Bali/Indonesia can also give POSITIVE IMPACT to local ppl and help to leverage local economic too.
Amazing property and tour as always. What material is the slatted screen on the exterior made of? I am looking for ideas to screen off the summer sun on a new development.
exterior n interior villa with tropical minimalist design blend with surrounding green rice field n forest, infinity pool sightless with breathtaking view, great review tx4share bro
Don't be hasty! You could make 30-40 minutes of video from this stunning villa. We want to enjoy it more, the cutscene is too short, don't have enough time to proceed and appreciate the beauty. Please make it longer video! Trust me we don't mind. Cheers
Appreciate this! Yes we try and keep our videos a reasonable length but indeed there were a few scenes cut out. Great to get this feedback we'll keep in mind 😄🙏
How can you (foreigner) have property with freehold land? this is a serious question. Law and ownership of Balinese property by foreigners: In Indonesia, the law stipulates that foreigners may NOT own land in their own name. He can only have ownership rights over the building. If a foreigner wants to get land to build a property, we recommend these 2 possibilities: •Land can be leased for a limited period such as a 25-year lease, with the option to renew the contract for an additional 25 years. Land ownership is thus governed by a 'long-term lease' deed which is fully legal and guaranteed by Indonesian law. At the end of the lease term, foreigners cannot confiscate buildings anchored on the ground but a wooden bungalow of any shape and size can be legally removed from the land at the end of the lease term. •Foreigners can create and use the Company under Indonesian law to obtain full ownership of the land for a limited period of 80 years (30 + 20 + 30). In this case the land will become the property of the company and not the individual and the land can be sold before the end of the lease to an Indonesian citizen who will take back full ownership of the land.
Point 3. They will keep creating new PMAs and sell it from the existing to new. So technically yes you can own it but at the same time, no you can't. There are also tax implications since the "company" owns the property.
A nice villa indeed - can't really have those ugly aircon units in a "price upon request" villa - also: Rather than greenwash the roof with those beach plants, how about some sun collectors on the roof and a vegatable garden instead?

I can't see how people can justify building something of this nature when their next door neighbor is a 70 year old balinese man living in a moldy shack made of bamboo and showers in the polluted river. If you want to live like this, just stay where you came from. build this in the Beverly Hills of los Angeles. Build this in Melbourne. Dont build this in bali and then staff it with people who make 100$ a month. Its a joke. I've lived in bali for 5 years and it makes me sick to live here now. Its so sad whats happening. Pererenan went from this small local village with temples and nature.. to the next up and coming "development" with boujee ass people building villas like this. Its a fucking shame.
Yeah interesting input - possible but this one is so well thought out it would be challenging to build something better on this property, but you're right in that the property placement and value alone is definitely a good opportunity in itself.
Excellent note! There are neighbors here but the villa remains exceptionally private. The only place that really gets visibility from any neighbors is the rooftop catwalk.
Exotic cars? Most exotic thing you'll see is a 4 door Jeep Wrangler or a VW Thing full of tourists. No one is driving exotics in Bali, lol. You hardly get to go faster than 60kph
this villa would be amazing in LA or any western city, but it's totally out of place in Bali, completely soulless, how about a bit more Indonesian or Balinese architecture or art
Thanks for the input Sabar. I'd agree that from the outside due to the minalistic design it's different than the more ornate Balinese facades, however what I loved about it is the transformation you experience from entering it as the layout facilitates almost perfectly the appreciation of the surroundings and location; nearly every point in the villa has a view and in multiple locations looks through separate rooms to the outdoors - I've never been in a villa quite like it where you're so connected with the exterior landscape no matter your position within the villa.
