@@DiabloTommaso full games are develop and cost less, and the money from the skin sure doesnt goes into the quality of the game beccause it released with bugs
@@SamuraiMotoko i wonder what you think about the 500 dollar skin about faker in lol. that s not the point tho. just don t buy it. 75 is a lot but it s sadly in line with he hs trend
@@DiabloTommaso Is the same falasy, you can buy entire consoles, for a skin that could even be made by 1 artist and give him some days. Just because somebody does it doesn't mean it's alright. Just like age of mythology selling you the old profile pictures for 6 dollars. "But 6 dollars is not that bad and is optional" we are talking about decades old jpg that easily could be in the base game with no effort
@@SamuraiMotoko we have 50 dollars skin is not insane to ask 75 for this one. you can argue prices are up from the start and I ll give you that . not the same with the old pictures
@@franhdv1304 Nawh, it is way better if it really is just a bug. Sometimes bugs happen when you mess with things to allow new things and more customisation. Mixing two boards in one game, probably caused the 'breakage' in the code (just a guess, I have no idea how they have coded stuff)
Gamers hop through so many hoops to justify spending too much money on digital garbage. My least favorite has to be "I'm supporting the game/company" when talking about multi billion dollar corporations - if it's a small indie studio you're supporting the company, when it's Blizzard you're just fattening the shareholders' wallets
you don't need it. If the skin isn't worth 75 dollars to you personally, don't buy it. Also please name me an online multiplayer game with millions of players that has never had a bug or currently has no bugs. Bugs will always happen because humans are humans and they make mistakes.
@@SplitAppleOh oh sure don't need it, then what do I need? If later they keep firing people to cut cost and just keep the skin people. They for rushing content keep releasing bugged effects. But it's okay you don't need it.
I’m a game dev, we work on our games for about 3 years before releasing them for 25 dollars. We’re a team of about 15 people + extras. Hearthstone releases one skin for the price of 6 years of work from my entire studio basically
Free: Good artworks made by talented artists. $75: A gigantic, ugly 3D model face you can count the polygons on that breaks board interactions, leaving you with nothing to pass time when your opponent ropes besides regretting your decisions.
"All these collabs make me wanna try out hearthstone, and now that I got the game and getting through the unlocking stuff process, let me relax and look at youtu-" Bad timing huh?
No it's probably the best time to get into hearthstone. If you want to actually play the game and get packs without spending money now is the best time it has ever been. F2P hearthstone is better than it has ever been. This would only dissuade you if you're a whale that buys 75 dollar skins.
I will always continue to watch and enjoy rarran, but i will never play hearthstone again. Stopped back when they brought out mercenaries and this predatory marketing really started to ramp up
I really need something of what people at Blizzard smoke, because that shit goes hard seeing the prices they thought were acceptable. It should be a crime to ask for that money, specially seeing how little effort they put on that.
I think you mean "It should be a crime to consistently give Blizzard that much money for things they put so little effort into." If people (including rarran and other content creators) would stop buying them then the prices would come down or the quality would go up. Money talks, not hate comments, so rarran has vocalized his support of this via purchase.
Bro I haven't watched Hearthstone in ages, and wtf is going on? Warrior going over 10 mana, giga boards and full hand sizes constantly. Like what the shit am I watching, how do I even know who is winning.
Yes,but he "sang" almost the same note. And as a musician and composer, the parodying of megalovania with his poor interpretation broke me. I don't think I have ever laughed this hard.
I've played Zarimi Priest from Bronze to Diamond 2, and man, I absolutely despise Ramp Druids. Not a single other class or deck comes as close in annoyance
I know hearthstone has plenty of downsides but the community is so negative about every single thing now. Hearthstone today is a VASTLY better F2P experience than it has ever been, and a big reason for that is that they make money on people buying cosmetics instead of only packs. With how much that skin costs I genuinely don't think it could possibly be good enough to justify the price. Rather than buying it and complaining it isn't worth the money, I would simply just not buy it. Money talks a lot louder than hate comments, so buying it is implicitly telling blizzard you support this and think it is a fair price, no matter what words you say after you've bought it. And that is exactly why despite the community being so vocal about skins being too expensive, prices keep rising, because people keep buying. If you want prices to fall, everyone (including content creators) needs to stop buying them rather than complain about the system the players itself have perpetuated.
Actually disappointed Rarren bought it after giving it so much shit. Like, stand up for yourself. Looking swole btw, Bro be lifting as much as he be dropping
can we please an update like a youtube short or something when they fix the cube-zilleax bug please? I was also excited about that combo to use it in my decks.
has someone that has played from august 2013... i am really tempted to get the rag if the mini set does not destroy the meta in a way i dont like over the next week...
I really wish the rag skin didnt exist its wayy too priceyvyou get only 6 packs the multiclass is so corny I liked being able to know what my opponents playing from looking at the champion AND ITS UGLY
my first game i seen this skin and had to look it up and was like when the fuck did this happen (I just got back into hearthstone a few days ago) and I won with questlock, I said the same shit, how much did you pay for a new skin just to lose lol
there's also a bug with marin's treasure that draws 3 that the overload when drawn stops the cards actually drawn from being 0 mana. played against a deck that shuffled a ton of them in and had 2 of draw 3 treasures, broken both times it was played.
If I'm understanding you correctly, I think that's actually intended - it should happen with things like plagues & other cast when drawn stuff. The 'Costs 0' buff is applied to the plague, since that was drawn first, but since it's cast when drawn, it just goes off as usual and the cost reduction is wasted. After it goes off, you draw another card because that's what happens every time after a card is cast when drawn, but this card was technically drawn by the plague and not the treasure, so the coat reduction doesn't apply. It's annoying to go against when the deck disruption eats your draw buffs, but it is consistent with other similar effects.
