Yes. I remember going to pigeon auctions in Sydney Australia in the 60s with my father and could not afford the top bid of $100. How times have changed. Out of the sport and miss it sadly

There were 100+ birds. With the crowd not sure how the bidders would have liked me taking up their viewing time. Lighting indoor wasn't the greatest either. In the future I'll consider trying it though. Really appreciate your feedback. Always trying to make this channel better! Thank you 😊

@@NE_Pigeons yeah, if it wasn't too crowded, I would have like to see 10 second of each racing pigeons. Each pigeons, the way they look, tells a story.

Well there is ana auction Every Sunday in Long island, NY in West Babylon at Pigeon and Bird Supply of Long Island. At this auction you'll come accross a little bit of everything from all sorts of fancy breeds to racing Homers. Starts around 9 am finishes as soon as the birds are all sold, which is typically by noon. You can find the video in my profile. There is a show coming up November 18 in Long Island for fancy breeds. That really depends on quality. You can find Homers at auctions for as low as $10 each. On the other end pedigree birds can cost hundreds to millions. Where are you located??
