I'm not saying these are shit but Australia is replacing their tigers with Apaches soon and the Taipan (which is the transport version of this helicopter) has been grounded as they do suck and are being replaced by Blackhawks.

Interestingly enough, they only suck in Australia, as is everything in Australia from the Collins class subs to the super hornets to the navy ships. Australia has a great deal of problems when it comes to management of their ressources and thus an availability rate lower than anybody else.

I'm not clear on why European states should buy German tanks. Poland understood. The point is that if you have an excellence, whether it is German or French, it can be attractive to other states, when instead it is other states, see Agusta Westland AW129 or the brand new Agusta Westland AW249, other countries don't buy, due to national parochialism. The Turks bought the AW129 project. That helicopter deserves not to be bought. I will say more in the end it was seen that helicopters are flying coffins in general.

There are older helicopter 1000x times better. Especially the German tiger variant is poorly design in terms of military use and was limited by political reasons. At the end, it is just a"pretty" peace for airshows.
