Japan has the right to self-defense. However, under current law, if a member of the Self-Defense Forces kills an enemy soldier, he or she is charged with murder. That doesn't seem right, does it? Japan's Diet has stated that killing enemy soldiers in the event of war constitutes self-defense and is therefore not guilty. However, in order to prove self-defense, evidence must be gathered and a trial must be held to prove self-defense. Don't you think it is ridiculous to do that when there is a war going on?

I'm not clear on why European states should buy German tanks. Poland understood. The point is that if you have an excellence, whether it is German or French, it can be attractive to other states, when instead it is other states, see Agusta Westland AW129 or the brand new Agusta Westland AW249, other countries don't buy, due to national parochialism. The Turks bought the AW129 project. That helicopter deserves not to be bought. I will say more in the end it was seen that helicopters are flying coffins in general.
