I believe it's called fire salvo in the key bindings. It's hold left mouse button as default if I'm not mistaken. I highly recommend switching it to a different key though (side mouse button preferably) as if you keep it on LMB it'll have a delay between you pressing the mouse and the charge actually starting. That's because it needs to check if you're trying to fire single or double. If it's on a different key the charging and releasing if you suddenly don't need to fire both would be instantaneous.
