Dry- my dehydrated just died. For me it's a safer way for me to keep the foods I love in a very tiny apartment❤❤❤❤. Clover,dandelion and yarrow not sure of #4. Tomato leather?

Calories remain the same. You are only removing the water

It's just a much more dense product, so a much smaller bite of dehydrated fruit will have the same calories as a larger bite of that same food fresh, but the calorie count stays that same... if that makes sence?
