Oh wow, you’ve cracked the code! Yes, obviously, inviting people to support my work on Patreon is nothing but a cunning plan to beg for money. Forget the countless hours I spend filming, editing, and producing content, or the investment in equipment, or even the creative process itself. Clearly, it’s just me sitting here twiddling my thumbs, hoping someone will throw a dollar my way so I can, I don’t know, buy a yacht or maybe a lifetime supply of ramen noodles. But hey, since you’ve uncovered my diabolical scheme, maybe you can help me brainstorm some new ideas. Perhaps I should start a ‘Fund My Sandwiches’ campaign? Or how about ‘Buy Me a Fancy Coffee Because I Need the Caffeine to Keep Editing’? The possibilities are endless when you’re ‘begging for money,’ right? I mean, let’s be real - why would creators want to make a living doing something they love and sharing it with others? That would just be too logical. And who needs support from their audience anyway? Not like Patreon was designed specifically for that or anything. Nope, it’s all part of a secret underground hustle for cash. So, kudos to you for seeing right through it! Genius-level detective work, my friend. Absolutely brilliant.
At least he’s begging for money while putting out good content and value to the cyclist community unlike u jobless, probably riding fixie and overweight 😂😂 no meaningful contribution to society other than your grabfood delivery
@@OompaLoompaCycling who cares. The only people “cancelling” are young and fat gen Zs who are addicted to fast food and K-drama. The real core audience won’t cancel
Totally not a tri or racing guy, but this interview is very entertaining just because I learnt new things! Really surprised that he values HR data over power, but what he says makes sense - seasoned runners who knows their pacing will agree with this.
Duathlete here, i also dont train with power. Or rather i have not purchased a power meter. I have been training with HR/RPE since 2019 for racewalking/running. Only started riding for around 20k mileage so not say riding for long. Maybe see next time.
@@2100BLFrunner here, i dont use power meter either and rely on HR/pace ... plus it saves weight for hill climbs as most of my rides are hills as it's strength training, it's cheaper and less stuff to charge too lol.
Instagram is probably too opposite where you cannot comment freely. Probably why it’s more civil artificially. I remember getting temporarily suspended because I comment “pig noise” in which someone had a pig nose accessory on their bike. I asked where they got it and was suspended for awhile and request review but still nothing haha.
