Now I need to make a macro just so it auto toggles when I click my druid flight form lol, unless it has a cast time, I kind of liked being able to go from dragon flying on a mount to transforming into druid form for gathering on the fly hopefully that's still a thing
If they don't make a glyph or selection to have travel form excluded I might have to stay off my druid until its done. So from Vanilla to Cata when I picked priest to main, then back to the bear for the rest of time (a missed pandaria adventure notwithstanding). Certainly not enough in the hero talents to tempt me to put up with the annoyance of having my instant flight button ruined. Any suggestions for what to main general public of wow nerds?
@@ElandorGaming1 I'm pretty sure they've designed it to specifically prevent that. We're getting instant cast sky riding but losing instant cast transition from sky riding to flight form as the tradeoff.

honestly bro, in the time it takes you to wait for the prepack, you could have easily gotten all of those to level 70 manually. OK maybe not all I don’t know how many you have. But put it this way two or three days of casual playing just running dungeons and you can get a character to level 70 no problem.
IMHO, the Legion pre-expansion event was still the best (not counting features added), because it really felt like the Legion was invading on account of how they were able to spawn literal structures on the battlefield. It's something I wish Blizzard would do more, for example with tents to have dynamic Alliance/Horde bases spawning and such.
Imagine if every zone was like a huge alterac valley without the end condition, so you had to battle to unlock objectives. For folks with war mode off, just have canon fodder to fight over.

One thought I had with the Warband camp is that, in addition to being able to change location, it would be nice if you could also upgrade the camp and that maybe it could be a place that exists in the actual game world....and then I realized I just invented player housing.
Id like to see little hidden campsites or locations scattered across the worlds to discover! A bonus for explorers finding new hidden warband screen locations in far off or iconic locations!
this is exacty what i was thinking!!! similar to how DF had us discovering mountain peaks with gorgeous scenery; discovering a little cave hidden behind a wall of moss and unlocking a new warband scene would feel so satisfying
everything you talked about is what ive been wanting for years cause i always play alone. Not by choice but because everyone I played with before don't play anymore, and the guilds I'm apart of aren't very social towards me lol.

As an older player now with family and less time who has become more of a collector, this is easiest the most exciting change to WoW in as long as I can remember... for players like me its going to be amazing!
I stopped playing wow mid BFA. I decided yesterday I'd give war within ago because I am a sucker. I remembered watching you religiously before I quit. It warms my heart to fire up a new weekly reset and it just felt like I was taken back years your optimism and jokes were nostalgic and I'm happy to be back home in azeroth
Thanks for that overview of warbands. I'm taking my "in-between expansions" break and had no idea they were that in-depth. People have been asking for this for a decade and I'm excited to see it finally coming to fruition. Can't wait for you to do a class changes breakdown so I'll be up-to-speed on that too, haha
For warbands, I am in agreement of what you said in an earlier video that it is likely a precursor to player housing, with that in mind, I feel like a great warband intro scene would be your house

I love how quickly it seems Blizzard is implementing new backgrounds for warbands because when the feature was announced and the devs were asked "will there be more backgrounds that we can unlock in-game?" it felt *very* obvious from the response that they hadn't even considered that until that very moment.
First action after patch was installed and the new flightsystem was applied to every flying mount: Change back to the previous flyingsystem😊. We leveled up 3 new characters to 70 with the mist of pandaria remix. Even if some of the quest are still bugging, we had so much fun. Mop was a really good time back then.
One little thing about the currency thing: since most of them can be sent to any characters at any tab, how about we make a suggest bomb to make them straightforwardly acc bound and just be added with any one at any time to avoid the hassle of having to send to a specific character
it could very well be they considered and even tried it but for whatever reason it wasn't a feasible solution so this is the next best thing. Gamedev can be finicky business.
If you have to think to transfer it, you're less likely to make mistakes - and possibly, less likely to have your account cleaned out if you get cracked.
I took a large step away from WoW a couple years ago and recently started playing again. I was scrolling RU-vid and low and behold my favorite WoW content creators show up on my feed! I'm so glad you two are still around. I missed you guys!!
I am beyond glad to see that currencies are now being considered account-wide. However, I don't understand why they have to be "sent" or "borrowed" when we could just have access to the entire pool of a currency at once.
Probably technical reasons. Just simply uniting all the currency from the game may break something. For example, if a currency has some cap (irrc there are currencies like this there) and you have 2 chars who already capped it - what then?
As someone who droped during the Shadowlands, and as someone who did not come back for the dragon island or whatever the name is, I must say this warband fixes like half of the issue I had with the game as a casula player, not shared reputation/currency. The transmog items... all of that sound nice.
I LOVE the intro's the two of you do!!! One of the things that kept bringing me back to your channel & then everything else got me to be a patron. Poor alts! I've slowly been deleting mine. Now with everything being account wide I'm considering deleting even more. No more having 2 of everything; one horde, one alliance. O.k. maybe I'll keep two of a few classes (*cough* or three,) for nostalgia reasons, you know!!!.
Guys. Look. I love your channel. I watch it all the time. I’ve seen some good intros from you two. But this intro was glorious. I actually laughed out loud. Bravo.
The Wonderous Wavewhisker and Jellyfish were my favorite skyriding mounts when I used them in the beta. The way the tentacles and fins swished around as you changed direction was great. I also loved the kites. They felt different than the flying disks. The Surf board also really worked for me. I also liked the mechanical dragon. It was so thin.
I hadn't heard about that 'warband bound until equipped' bonus gear. That's actually a really cool way to start gearing up alts while working on your main.
I am SO glad that I decided to go through some of my T&E Backlog! THIS is the reason I'm logging back into wow today and taking a break from oldschool runescape!
The intro is so sad and funny that I really felt it. As an Altoholic with 65 active lvl 70's and 10 deleted lvl 70's I can't imagine abandoning under leveled toons. They sound so very sad.... ( in this video )
I love T&E videos so much, but I spent the entire intro trying to mentally fix Tali's shirt collar and jacket. Did they say anything? No one prob knows, we couldn't focus on anything else.
I think warbands could lead into some really cool gameplay changes. Here me out. Imagine going to your "campsite" and getting to take one of your alts with you as a companion. Of course the AI couldn't play it as well as you could, but this would open up so many possibilities. Need a tank for that tough rare spawn you just can't solo? Grab your warrior alt. Want a healer to keep you topped off? Let's go, priest!
I hope they'll add a feature to create collections of characters. Like you have your 4 guys at the camp, but it would be cool if you could have like 3 hunters and have them be in a collection and when you click on your hunter collection they appear at the trueshot lodge together. Or putting 4 draenei characters together, or if you have a Dwarf, Dark Iron Dwarf and Earthen, put those together in one screen.
I've been out of WoW for AGES, and this update has me screaming. As a person who loves to quest, collect, and get achievements, I felt locked into one character which got old and boring. I'm re-subbing today!
We recorded footage of it with only one character twice- once with the character on the extreme right and once on the extreme left - and then spliced them together using the empty half from each! 😅
My favourite background would be anything illidan themed, my favourite thing to see in war within would be a nerubian race with 4 arms, and drakthyr being able to be multiple classes (and multiple race visage) forms
For the warbands screen I really hope we get a tavern/inn, but also a battlefield - either a camp with a battle raging in the distance, or in the ruins of a fought and won fight. Also yeah, Grizzly Hills would be great too :3 (Maybe hanging out with the furbolgs even).
If the mic on the side is in fact the mic youre using, i have no idea how the hell was there so many gusts of wind/mic brushes audible in this video. Ambush asmr every few seconds.
Most important thing for me is being able to trade all progression related things I can't use anymore. Got all items on myth maxed out? Send the upcoming crests and flightstones to an alt. I'm sure that wont be a thing yet even tho it makes perfect sense.
