He's also on roids. Can't train naturally, probably because: no patience, too emotional to handle the slow progress, too dumb to train properly without fast swinging weights.
Fun fact: Steroids make you big by giving you fake testosterone that replaces your real testosterone. Take away his precious steroids and he'll be even scrawnier than before he started taking them.
Hey hey hey, in fairness, explosive action in exercise is completely valid and found to be more effective as long as you practice proper form with speed as well. Steroids are still pathetic tho

any time a dude says "I know what it's like to be at the bottom. his lack of awareness and control over his emotions immediately makes him a weak fragile man. he might be strong on the outside but internally he's suffering

His name is Wes Watson. His wife left him a couple years ago so now he’s going on a rant about how family doesn’t equal success and only materialistic things equal success.
@@A_Nameless_Ghoul3301 thanks for that information. Honestly, can't blame her. If a woman is willing to stay with a man like that, they are either ignorant, or foolish.
I don’t know if I’ve ever had more secondhand fun and appreciation for the small things than when I went to a baseball game with a friend who just got out of after nearly two decades in prison. I have never seen anyone be so happy to have a slush, peanuts, and home runs. It was a blast and made me feel so grateful for freedom and really relish the joy of slush on a hot summer day. Happiness is temporary like everything else but those moments when you are genuinely feeling the elation of the moment are precious. I feel sad for anyone who is unable to feel content without seeking validation from others through materialism and appearance. I think most people enjoy looking good but there is no one way to be attractive. Some people don’t like tattoos and that is perfectly okay. Other people love tattoos and choose to invest significantly into their body art. Some people enjoy exercising and do it for pleasure or health benefits. Others may not enjoy the process but are happy with the way they look if they build muscle. The same goes for body modification and plastic surgery, and even makeup. Others express themselves through their clothing and personal style. There is no “right” way to look when it comes to your physical appearance and what you think is ideal isn’t going to be the same for everyone. I lam pretty heavily tattooed and many people have been openly critical of my appearance but many others find it attractive. It’s okay. The world would be very boring if we all looked the same. Women, myself included, are not exclusively attracted to men who are very muscular. I think, much like with tattoos, that quite a lot of people do not find it particularly attractive. We all age. Absolutely no one can look youthful or be in what they consider peak physical condition forever. I see people asking about the longevity of tattoos all the time and I often get the impression that there are many unrealistic expectations about it. Of course there are many factors - primarily sun exposure and the specific pigments used (some pigments like white break down in the body much faster than others) - but the reality is that all tattoos age with us and as our skin changes with time, so do our tattoos. This doesn’t make them less beautiful over time but as with all aspects of aging it is unavoidable. Success comes in many forms. The notion that it’s defined by your bank account, physical appearance, social media presence, or status symbols that give the appearance of wealth is just ludicrous. For some people, sure, having an expensive car and appearing rich (even in the absence of actual wealth) is how they feel successful. For others, success can mean being able to to travel the world, loving their work, raising a family, or doing good for others. For some people, success is a having a profitable business and running it effectively but they don’t find cars to be a worthwhile investment. Some people want to find success by creating art and music. These people are offering nothing more than a very narrow worldview that is, at best, lacking any real depth or insight. Every single thing is temporary and that applies to us all.
I know farmers who make $150,000 + a year off of bailing hay, raising cattle to sell the meat. Farming is a very hard but profitable job. Also, if it wasn’t for farmers we wouldn’t have half of the food needed for human survival. God bless farmers!!
The wealthiest people don't need to flex, because they know what they have. It's the insecure, loud obnoxious fools who are seeking attention that need to flex and boast.
Also, there are a lot of celebs and rich out there who think that they have to show how important they are. And donating money to some charity organizations or travelling to any sub-saharan african country to display their "compassion" isn't always if even no sign for being close to the people or having empathy for "lower" classes. People, who think they have to publicly show off their closeness to the people to other people in a showman like manner, are not close to the people and try to hide their decadence behind a fake do-gooder role.
I've worked on some of the wealthiest people in my country's gardens really nice people one guy was a dr who would write literature the UN would read and consider.guy with power nice asf, another guy billionaire drove a 96 Subaru outback

This dude has changed so much since he became popular. He used to have a good message of taking accountability for yourself and stay away from drugs and he is like a totally different person now.
Wes dropped the ball big time. I personally liked some of his early content for gym training motivation when i was trying to talk myself into skipping a workout. He's not the first guy to get impressed with his own financial success and completely lose his bearing, and unfortunately not the last guy to do it either.
I was going to say the exact same thing. Used to listen to him all the time back when he was more grounded. I was so disappointed to see him behaving like this. Glad I'm not the only one who feels this way.
wes watson doesnt look big as he claims to be... the "10 inch arms guy". is way taller and looks bigger than him. wes watson look likes he is 5'8max. he is a short man pretending to be big. haha
I remember watching Wes Watson when he first got out of prison on Big Herc's channel. Everyone loved his prison story and thought he was super cool. It's crazy seeing him act like a little pissbaby.
That’s not what a lot of people understand about Wes, he used to be a humble motivational speaker. Now his lifestyle changed him and he isn’t the same man that recorded himself in the park trying to motivate you to become the best, instead it’s become rich through my pyramid scheme business.
Nah nothing changed, all of his stories were confirmed to be lies and he never been to jails he claimed to be in, he spent his time in low security dorm and was released before his time, no "putting in work" or "being a shot caller" at all in his bid, so he was and still is a scam.
Oh no he's been doing this since a bit before 2019 if Im correct. The dude thinks he's Goggins with none of the humility that comes from actually learning those lessons.
Dude had like 10 yrs to work out on tax payer dime, then proceeds to talk down people who actually didn't go to jail and use the time to be responsible and feeding their family.
My exact thoughts. State paid for him to eat, work out, and wank off, and, based on his rank insecurities, get pumped from behind like the desperately insecure bottom he is.
9:38 you can literally see the guy lose his train of thought and the only thing he can manage to spit out is the most awkward "gahd damnit" and immediately go back to insulting the guy's looks lol
The moment I saw Fresh & Fit podcast in the background, I just knew what it was gonna be. Bunch of fakers who try to sell the idea that they have everything to sell courses.
@@desiprioleau that surprised me as well tbh. I wrote this comment after just starting the video, so to see a balanced Christian man was on the panel was a very nice surprise.
Everyone do not give course makers money. Spend it on a gym membership, maybe a nice book to read in your spare time, anytime someone says they have the answer to anything bothering you, its always a nothing burger. Save your money.
This dude is the poster nerd for the word "insecurity". Imagine saying having children doesn't make a man wealthy when it's the most valuable thing a man can have.

@@TY-Tianyou of course there is such a thing. Don't be dumb. It doesn't mean that masculinity is toxic. It doesn't mean there's no such thing as healthy masculinity. It's just a name for a list of behaviours that insecure men like the guy in this video act like. The thing is, the victims of toxic masculinity are men ourselves, not women. There's a reason why the male suicide epidemic is a thing. Toxic masculinity is about when men are socially pressured into pretending to be emotionless, pressured into never crying, into never talking about their feelings, into never getting help for mental health issues. It's all about trying to live up to what a "real man" is supposed to be, which usually means being emotionless, big and muscular, good at sports, all sort of things like that. Men are ridiculed for the most ridiculous things by their toxic masculinity espousing friends, like not drinking beer and whisky but instead drinking a fruity, sweet, delicious alcoholic drink, or something like that. As if drinking the sweet fruity drink is somehow "feminine". If you've never met a man who's like that, who constantly is trying to prescribe what a "real man" is and criticise any men who don't follow that, and who instead are brave enough to talk about their feelings, brave enough to cry, brave enough to seek out mental healthcare, etc, then I've got to say that you're surely not a man. Not in a "you're not a real man" kind of way. Just that literally _EVERY_ man has dealt with boys and men like this in their lives. If you say you've never met any men like this, I'd say you're lying. So if you don't think men who have these behaviours and beliefs actually exist, and you have never met any, then you must be a woman. But yeah, there is such thing as healthy masculinity. And it's what we all should be practicing. Real men cry, and help each other as a shoulder to cry on, and are brave enough to talk about their feelings, and eat and drink whatever the fuck they want without worrying about being called "feminine" or "gay" for doing so, and where whatever clothes they fucking want regardless of whether or not some men think those clothes are "feminine" or "gay" too, and so on. That's what real masculinity, healthy masculinity, actually is. And we can only hope that one day toxic masculinity will be history, so that the male suicide epidemic can be eliminated, and only healthy masculinity exists. Because the victims of toxic masculinity are men ourselves, not women.

Being successful is being truly happy.. that’s it. If that means you’re fat broke and spend half your life in jail, but you totally loved all of it, you still won at life
Old reliable cars like that are the best if I ever make it out of the hood I’ll still be driving them most of the time. I’ve had a couple nice rides before and honestly I don’t like to turn a lot of heads too much attention feels less safe.
Yep those guys have balls of steel he wouldn't last 5 minutes in situations like that . Same with the guys fighting in WW II most were young skinny or normal build guys who took schrapnel, bullets, bombs, up the a!s but kept on going , they were real men not this prison ,roided POS !

To me, success is knowing that if the apocalypse hits, I won’t be the man crying in the corner from my hormonal imbalance because I can’t get my testosterone shot.
😂😂😂 fr these people in comments would be the first to get put in the dirt. They just need something to cope and make themselves feel better about all the rejection on their life 😂💀
He used to actually help guys. Once the money took over he started raging out and bragging about all his money. There was videos when he started and talked about how money and cars mean nothing and he only lives by his means.
And now he has a scheme that should honestly be illegal. His "get rich quick" scheme is the oldest play in the book and I can't believe people are actually still falling for it. He hasn't gotten a single person rich like he claims. He tries to turn people into OTHER self help gurus 😂. And it never works. Can't wait for the 100% for sure downfall.
Wes Watson's 1st mistake is thinking we're supposed to care about "meaning shit to him," and like a boulder rolling down a hill, it rolls over and destroys legitimacy from everything else he says.
True. Their whole tough on yourself, no excuses philosophies seem similar. The difference is before Goggins became a motivation speaker he achieved a lot and he continued to after. What has Wes achieved besides scamming naive young men who think being yelled at and insulted will motivate them to succeed? I’ve been to prison, it’s by no means an achievement. It may toughen you up but it can also break you. It’s what you do with your time that matters. He got a large physique doing time, cool. You’re gonna need to do better than that to be an authority on success, his only other success came from “teaching ppl to succeed.”
I actually low-key wish Goggins was there because Goggins is an actual secure badass. I do think Goggins would have called out that insecure ex-con and straight embarrassed him.
