wonderful presentation by the developer .. experience matters.. Actually in kerala/india the main thing lag in realestate is auditing.. especially quality audit... the developer is the main contractor n consultant..no superior bodies to supervise or control or audit anything related to quality or durability...this is not the case in many of the developed countries.. there will be a consultant there will be a main contractor and the client representative and a government set up like a third party accredited lab for controlling all parameters related this construction and based on that all evaluation all quality paramters are set... this is missing in our country..

This project is decent interms of view but only target the top 20%income bracket. Now how can we live close to nature when u live as high in 10th floor of a flat. After all flat life is just so boring mudane and artificial.. Myself lived in flats in some of best citites around the world. Intially i likef it but i develop boredom and start appreciating a sustainable and easy to manage places. . The project is not bad but may be every one cant afford it though
He has to pay me huge amount towards professional fee for giving Marketing Plan. He has not responded to my claims since 2017.I am going to approach Directorate of Revenue Intelligence to know more about this company.
