just to confirm - these were in a 25 yards pool (though now she would be in a 50 metre pool)?

Her natural buoyancy must be through the roof. There has to be a genetic advantage. Normal people can't get to an Olympic level. I don't believe someone without talent could even get to the point of doing those workouts.

The arguments in the channel were very exaggerated. They said she isn't tall like Vollmer or Missy, but Vollmer is 6'1'' and Ledecky is 6'0''. Ledecky is still very tall and they only made body dimension comparisons to men. There's more than just body characteristics, technique and mental strength. I'm sure he has amazing natural endurance.

"...Ledecky is not the tallest swimmer..." Ok, but she's still SIX FEET TALL! Lol. One of the two others you mentioned was only one inch taller than her... The average height for women from her county is 5'4... WTF are you talking about?

I will go through your content, or similar to find more about sportmanship mentality and overall mind preparation. My son (12yo) competing for a while achived some success and now his teammates are pushing hard to catch him, so he is quite struggling to stay in calm mood 🙂, if he lose to some other club swimmers, it is not such a emotional reaction, I am trying to generalize it, but it will take time, I guess.

No cos it doesn’t have the carbs from the sugar but it could be strawberry or banana or whatever. You can make it yourself and just measure the carbs and protein.

Ripping the 3 1100s on 13:00 is nuts. Even more so that she went 10:40 on the last one
