I am trying to gather all of these things while being older and becoming handicap. Father God, I hate this word help me not to use it as much. Being this was the beginning of this video and I am only beginning to watch it. I wanted to let you know how proud of you I am. You are young and a mover and shaker. I used to be able to get things done more like you, but I am OK because I have Jesus. I think you do also. I just wanted to let you know this. God is blessing you and your family, the same as he is blessing my family and I.

Thanks Jason. This was a refreshing change from most of the Survival Priority videos on RU-vid. I have some knee injuries from years of abuse so running doesn’t work well for me but rucking with a 25-30 lb pack has definitely been beneficial.

Knowledge in meteorology and hydrogeology is very important to be able to react fast. Know your environment and how to analyse weather predictions.

Great advice! I am 54 and have been playing softball in the summer for the past 16 years. I really enjoy playing and feel so much better when I am. I am heavier than I have even been and really need to establish an exercise routine as you have suggested. When I carry my grandkids around, I feel that I have gotten weaker (especially since I have had a desk job for the past 15 years). I am realizing the importance of keeping my health and want to improve it.

I'm so grateful to live in a mountainous area where I can hike up a mountain a couple times a week to stay fit. I never get bored of it, given that the view from the top is beautiful

In Australia 2k of food doesn't go the long everything is so so so expensive here, we need more price smarts, Costco, Walmart as we only have 2 choices of supermarkets in the north QLD, fitness and motivation is essential, just need to get up and go is hard but you are right the rewards are great 🍻

You forgot two things, one item I rarely hear bout, and that is First Aid supplies and drugs that you might need. Hurricane Helene showed how ill prepared people where when it came to those items. And for long term Grid down, and may not come back, something I've never heard people talk about, and that is Cloths, for all seasons. Shoes, I don't know how to make shoe's. Plus if you live some place that gets snow, you will need winter time boots. Ones that will last many years. Socks and Underwear, just cloths in general.

Especially for those of us with children constantly outgrowing the last pair. Having good footwear of incrementally growing sizes to take care of their feet for what could possibly be years is important.

The Biggest thing I notice people Don't understand in Food Preps...... you have to only store what you Eat ....and then rotate it as you use it weekly/monthly !!!!...... a bunch of foods sitting on shelves not being used and rotated is going to go BAD !!!!........ if you use it weekly and put it on your grocery list to replace it to the back things rotate !!!........ Freeze dried Foods will go 25 yrs so you hopefully wont have to rotate them but they are a little pricey so I only buy dairy & eggs in that category......... When People store it and forget it alot of money is wasted when they finally inspect it and have to throw it all away !!!!......Eat it....rotate it.... and inspect it at least yearly !!! PLEASE

I want to buy a much more robust solar setup than the two that I already have. I wish it weren't so expensive!

To your point about health, what about the fact that a lot of the foods you'd want to stockpile are full of preservatives and generally unhealthy processed foods? But I guess in a survival situation you need the calories however you can get them. I keep telling myself I'm going to start a garden every time spring rolls around, then summer suddenly ends with nothing planted at all.

Thats why canning freeze drying and dehydration are better choices. You can then have no preservatives

Protein powder is key should the shit hit the fan having protein powder is essential. Also knowing that the body needs to be healthy tiniest want you to be aware there are people with chronic autoimmune conditions that limits their ability to exercise. But I agree it is vital to optimize yourself as much as you can no matter your condition.

It's amazing how people will do anything to avoid exercise. You can literally do a 12 minute HIIT workout and exponentially gain better conditioning. Add a little bit of strength training and your body will be transformed. Sooooo littlenis required. Do it. Do it now. You will thank me

Just as an addendum, for people that are not aware of whst it takes to be a Division 1 Strength Coach or work w/the SEAL teams, it is quite a bit. JASON knows what he is talking about....git'r done!!!!

I like your channel, but I have to disagree on this. IMHO, the most important thing is your relationship with God. After that, fitness and strength would be next. Keep up the good work.
