Good points. I did the 3 day Turo rental. The other point is getting in and getting out. Now that I am older this is also important. I have mostly 2 door BMW’s but these days they are a little low. I switched to a model y a few months ago from a x3 M40i. It was a blast but I wanted to try an ev and so far so good. I did not get the performance model y way to harsh a ride for a daily driver. Thanks for your comment. Yes renting on Turo before buying is a great way to explore the vehicle. It is far different experience than test driving at the dealership. I have experience that so many times and was quite surprised how I initially expected one thing but in reality after spending 100 miles with the car car opened up for me in completely new way.
