This is officially the most overpowered build in Fallout history, since I single-handedly killed both bosses in 3 shots within an hour of leaving the vault while still at level 6 or so. This was my first attempt with the more efficient E10/A6 tradeoff and it worked marvelously. Of course, I also got some extremely good RNG along the way, though it honestly probably wouldn't have mattered since you can buff your HP high enough to where you can tank any damage for long fights provided you have enough stimpaks.
Difficulty was set to normal. Maybe I'll do a run in the future on hard mode, but in my experience there's not much difference in the settings aside from maybe some RNG bias.
