Duping the You're S.P.E.C.I.A.L. book to get over max S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats, especially combined with suffering from withdrawals or diminished stats in survival due to fatigue, hunger, and thirst.
You can also do the "scrap/store" glitch with stores. Weapons store are best I think. Place the store, scrap and store and you get half the money back and still have the store to use. Repeat until your greedy heart is satisfied.
@@flyingblowsify Thanks, i got it to work! I had to hold the scrap button, release it and hold it again as soon i pressed store, took me some tries to time it right but it worked. And as you said if i let go of the scrap button the window vanishes so i had to keep it pressed the whole time. Thanks again.
The build limit glitch if taken too far can cause the game to crash. There's a safety limit on object render count in a settlement and this glitch just bypasses the safety limit, it doesn't make it safe.
For the quantum power armor glitch you can do a different type of phasing through the wall where are you spam left while trying to exit the armor in the armor will still stay out of the glass case so then you can do the other phasing through glitch to get the quantum armor so you can have both sets at the same time so you don't have to leave your old power armor in the glass
I just have a follower push me through the glass wall using their Exit Power Armor animation and teleport right out. Gotta make sure no enemies are around first.
In oblivion you can drop paint brushes, they float. Drop one, get on top and drop another, repeat. Do this to get into the final area and it triggers the end game cutscene. You can do it from the beginning if you dupe enough paint brushes
THANK YOU!!! I`ve been playing FO4 for a long time, and some of the glitches I wasnt sure exactly how it was made, timing and positions. FINALY, You explained, simple and plain! lots of overexplanatory videos, or extreamely vague with people moving just for show, confused me of what need to be done with just "video language"... thanks a lot!!!
Buddy I play game since came out , i have some 2000h in game , and few days back I have discovered locations that I have never visited , only because I played survival mode and I needed to go around some enemies , otherwise I would go thrue those enemies like I allways do and miss those locations.
I just started a new play through because there are still factions I never joined and endings I never saw.. kinda cool that there’s still replay value..
@@smilingpolitely12345I’m a heavy explorer, dunno if I’m extreme, but I try to look at everything and explore everywhere when I play Bethesda games. They put so much into them. So it’s a mix of me wanting to see every detail and respect for them taking the time to make all those little details.
@@PhNoz yes, for an example, it basically says the settlement is 10/10 in size. When you do the glitch it tricks the game in reducing it, so if you take it down to 5/10, and then fill it back up, the game is loading 15/10 in size even though it displays 10/10
settlement scrapping and storage one for materials also works with the barter stands so its also a caps glitch, its how i afford the far harbor recon marine armor lol
The exploit still works, I used it today. If you have HIGH Charisma (I'm at 10) and use Charisma clothes (glasses, hat, suit) go to Diamond City. Buy all of Myrna's Steel shipments. Go to the Doctor's chemistry stand and make caltrops. Sell those back to Myrna. She won't be able to buy all of them so either get ammo or sell to other vendors. Rest for 48 hours and repeat. When you get 2k caps you can buy Hone Plate and sleep in the bed for bonus XP. At Int 7 you can get Chemist and make POISON Caltrops for even more money. Idiot Savant and Cap Collector can help, too. I had all my SPECIAL to 10 and 200k caps before going to Concord. It will take hours to get that far.
@user-uq8xv2fp2l - It is not a glitch, it is an exploit. You can sell the caltrops that you make with the steel for more money than the steel cost, thus you can craft for infinite experience points at no cost (other than your time). You will want Charisma 15/16 and Chemist 1 perk to make poison Caltrops.
For the settlement limit glitch, it works if you scrap the weapons too. I usually do it with all the cheap crappier weapons. That way you get the components and more space in your settlement
@Eimearmahon04 I'm not daft lol like I said it works with scrapping too. Not everyone wants to store useless weapons they ain't gonna use. If you are gonna scrap them anyway, may as well get more space in your settlement and scrap them in build mode.
@joeparker3606 what i do is drop any weapons I want to scrap, then go into build mode and scrap them or you can store them. It's easier if you do it on open ground and not on anything already built so you don't accidentally scrap flooring etc
I should maybe get rid of the pipe pistols and crap like that. Not before getting that one skill wear you can get screws and other materials instead of just steel when you scrap a weapon.
One i found was when you already have a companion and you have a quest that requires you to take an npc somewhere you can use that npc as another companion, if you take the mission but don't actually go they will just continue you follow you until you complete the mission. Its best to use someone that actually shoots rather than a brotherhood scribe
As opposed to say, a smartphone in your pocket? Or a smart watch? We live in that reality already. Then again, and apple watch can't teleport me or change my clothes instantly so maybe I'd rather wear the 10lb magic armlet.
@@scottgiles4109 What if you get to flipping astound while you are sleeping and bonk yourself in the melon? What a rude awaking you caused for yourself. LOL
I wonder if they knew they created something so simple as pressing 2 buttons together to duplicate items. It makes me think did they do that on purpose or had no idea?
From what I read its something to do with how button inputs are registered. The scrap button doesn't register as an input until you let it go. The store button registers as soon as its pressed. Which is what helped me understand the timing.
As many bugs and glitches as Bethesda has, I don’t think any of it was intentional. It’s possible they did do it as an Easter egg from early games tho.. I doubt it but who knows
Just make sure there are no enemies nearby when you do the power armour glitch. Faike to do so will see you permanently stuck inside unable to fast travel bound to your fate like all the NPC's slaved by 1s and 0s.
With the quantum armor, you can save your old power armor rather than leaving it out by approaching it sideways and turning left as you are dismounting, you will glitch through the wall with your armor staying in the outside, then you can flit fast travel out and have a follower get in the other suit.
I don't know if the mod Workshop Frame Work is available for console, but if it is, it gives you some additional menu options on the workshop workbench including, increasing the build limit. Saves a lot of time.
@@MrBeadies well I've encountered it multiple times and stopped using the glitch. What happens looks like a linked list insert error. A random sized part of the inventory just disappears.
The settlement hack/glitch is sooo awesome! I said oh well to most of my settlements, but now I'm enjoying them again, until 5 need to be rescued and you can't do anything beside save settlements for an hour and a half of your gameplay time...
Another option for the Settlement Build Limit glitch is, essentially, the same thing mentioned here. The...difference(?) is the item stored to raise the available build limit (lowering the build bar). That item is Gamma Guns. 1 Gamma Gun is made with 40,000 triangles (seriously, 40,000. It is a huge amount). When stored you will notice a *very* large decrease in the build bar. Thus increasing how much more build limit you have. Sanctuary Hills is about 40 Gamma Guns per full build bar. Something that has been suggested by other Fallout 4 builders is that when giving yourself more Build Limit do not go over 4 full build bars. Anything higher than 4 can cause problems. Usually crashes. The safest would be to build to 3.5 build bars. That number is for most all settlements. Hangman's Alley may be lower. But Hangman's is already a really crummy and fidgety location. Anyway, yes, any guns work. But Gamma Guns are the best and fastest. Also, if you only have 10 or fewer Gamma Guns, just store those 10 in Build Mode, then leave the Build Mode, go to the Workstation grab the Gamma Guns again, enter Build Mode, store the Guns again. Keep doing that until the build bar is where you want it. It may sound obvious, but some have thought that you couldn't pull them out and continue changing the limit. An easy place to get Gamma Guns is from the very busy random encounter location on the road between Hangman's Alley and Vault 81. Next to the Chestnut Hillock Reservoir. By the Drumlin Diner. That area gets lots of action. Children of Atom attack Gunners and Raiders there very often. Great video. Thank you for sharing. Be Excellent to each other and Party on. 🤘😎🎸
Right the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. book glitch is the most OP glitch in the game. The game shows as it has no caps in the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. section. But it does. Cap is around lvl 30. Al points above 30 will be useless Except for Strength, for every point In strength gives you also +5 lbs.And charisma wich has a cap at lvl 16. There is no reason to get it higher. Oh and why would you have your Inteligence above 16 either?? That was nearly half the list. Endurance at lvl 28/30 yeah; Invinite run. lvl 31+ still invinite run Iam not sure about Perception and Agility. Luck,,, yeah now whe are talking cakes. The perfectly preserved pie precisely. The higher your luck, the easier it gets. For every S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points there is an armor, clothing set. Thus,, Bring your stats to lvl 10 take the bobleheads after that to bring it to 11 legit, than put on the right armor set to bring it to max lvl 26 (or so,) legit. You must be realy lucky to get a complete amor clothing set though. If it doesn't mather if its a leather left leg or a metal right arm. If it does mather,, you must have the luck of a god. Or use the glitch. Glitches in the video are somewhat more usefull let alone, its fun to exp it. At least once.
You've got the infinite caps when you do the item duplication glitch do it to the store in Your settlement and you will be able to get unlimited caps basically you build a store and then scrap it and stored at the same time and it works to give you caps
The scrap and store glitch for crafting items is the best imo, it doesn't overpower you but it sure comes in handy, also with all DLCs you've got yourself unlimited ammo
@@theoneandonlybosssn64ps44 what I do is I press and hold square and then very quickly slide across to circle to press it, the menu for scrap only pops up after releasing square so if you slide quick enough, both should pop up. Remember to press and hold, even with circle, keep it pressed and then press X
@@theoneandonlybosssn64ps44 you press and hold square, slide across to circle to press and hold it, while youre holding circle, press x to confirm, sorry for the complicated reply
It worked, thanks, im trying to get all the achievements & didn't feel like getting cage resources the slow way, I'd end up just reseting shops a bunch
This is what everyone should put in the the video, covering this glitch! The settlement size glitch may corrupt aka f***k your save and might even the game itself. Use this glitch with CAUTION.
Pretty sure if dogmeat picks up an item he duplicates it. I noticed it the other day when I was playing, I'm going to try rhe fatman and pipe pistol one later, thanks for the tip
Double menu/trade with very near companion glitch on PA crafting will duplicate hard to find/unique PA pieces and will allow every single variation of every PA class in the game
I figured out the problem with the pipe pistol mirv glitch. I kept getting Ethel's safe key instead of pipe pistol so I renamed pipe pistol to Ethel and it worked first try.
@@mattoryx do you by any chance know if it has any extra effect with legendary weapons? Like a never ending legendary effect with the MIRK attachment?!
Don't forget about the wire glitch that lets you wire through walls and objects. Also the WiFi glitch that lets you power things without wires running everywhere.
Does the mirv pipe pistol still work or was it patched? I followed the tutorial exactly, had only those two guns in my inventory and did the scrap stuff. when I do that, the pipe pistol ends up not showing the mirv category like yours. Might be cuz im on pc but I'm not sure
Same thing for me. Rather than the pipe pistol it shows Ethels safe key that I cant drop. Guess you have to do this way early so you dont have anything else in your inv.
Holding the store button is definitely the issue I was having too so that helped a lot. Also, if you’re having trouble getting it to actually show both, I’ve found that tapping the scrap button super lightly and fast gets it to work ALOT more frequently than when I was fully pressing the button.
I've managed to pull the xp and resource duplication off, but no duplicates are showing up, nor I am getting any xp. Maybe patched on ps4 though, version 1.16
Had a double shot sniper that glitched out and could shoot 100% head shot in vats from about a mile away 😂 loaded the game up one day and it just stopped working lol
I used to have the carry weight glitch, where the extra carry weight effect stays on after it supposedly run out, but I haven't been able to recreate it lately. Is it already fixed?
For the quantum bring a companion I just happened to look up and noticed cait wearing it Happened with gage as well ive never got the armor legit I just bring a companion abd make sure I have my follower mod (doesnt effect it but increases the chances of it happening due to follower tether) and boom after a little bit of running around its as simple as giving a command and walking it hom
Easy ep is duplicate stuff to make grenades or molotov cocktails and spam the make button. If you also have idiot savant, then you will max you exp points
I have a problem with the mirv launcher and i cant get it because it says that i need to unlock science 4 and Gun nut 4(i already have the materials btw) and in the video it shows you havent unlocked them so can i do this glitch without unlocking those to extras???
2 very extreme exploits I made up, one allows you to fly anywhere, the other is giving some weapons an endless supply of ammo without needing any kind of duping mechanism
@@Bambino910 first is shotting a trash item with a harpoon gun, jump on the harpoon, and grab the item. Second is too hard to explain, but involves using the force attach with a thirst zapper to make weapons use water as ammo. Made a video of that exploit some time ago.
EXP glitch - I get the menu to pop up and work properly, but when I transfer items between me and my helper then quit out, i dont get any Exp. Am i missing a step?
Settlement Build Limit Glitch. Get 7 or more Gama Guns (doesn't matter about the mods) Drop them in ANY Settlement. STORE them! You'll see your limit lower. Gama Guns for whatever reason lowers the limit the most, go to your workbench, collect your Gama Guns, drop, repeat 😊
Can't get the MIRV pistol gun to work on PS4, unfortunately. I can get both the mod and scrap menu active at the same time, and scrap the Fatman. But then when I try and apply the MIRV mod, the game crashes every time.
What's the timing for the scrap and modify? Do I want to press modify then scrap or scrap then modify is it one after the other or perfectly at the same time
@@mattoryxthere are definitely some platform based differences. Eg the Cryolator exploit does not work on PS4. For the mod glitches like the MIRV pistol (just one of hundreds of possible glitch combinations) it's easier to rename the items so they are next to each other at the top of the inventory. Or drop items so you have nothing else in inventory.
