It felt forced to make Eren more sympathetic even though his actions are clearly coded as horrific and irredeemable. The tone was dissonant in my opinion.

When Hange died I was in shock and disbelief. I liked Hange the moment she was introduced and to just see her die made me sad, especially her last interaction with Levi. I had to take a massive pause and drink water before counting to watch it, I was just in shock.

I remember realising at some point in the manga that Hange’s death was inevitable. Seeing her leave to buy the others some time gave me goosebumps and eventually led me to tears. This shit was hard, and it must’ve been harder for Levi.

I didn't cried cause I'm kinda numb guy but i almost cried when eren got emotional those kids ( both that Arab kid and ymir who had been there, suffering alone for 2000 years and eren understood her better than anyone else ) really showed eren was suffering inside and how he didn't had any other choice because the cycle of hatered won't end by any other way, i got emotional when grisha hugged Zeke, crying too... It showed regrets of a failed father.

Coming back here after the finale 🥲 i legit cried when Annie was crying in front of Mikasa (and Connie Reiner Jean + Hans Pieck Gabi Falco) entirely crumbling because she's so sick of her and Mikasa trying to kill each other, and that she doesn't wish to battle against her 104th friends anymore, neither does she even want to kill Eren. Shimamura Yū-san's voice was cracking, that scene broke me 😭💔

Hange’s death was probably the best, considering she went out on her own terms whilst protecting the people she cares about. She may have been on fire, but I’m sure it was painless. Unlike another red haired woman who got shot by an annoying idiot…

I had to take a break after seeing hange's death. I already read the v 33 manga and knew she was gonna die but the way they animated it made it more traumatizing. Eren crying and apologizing to the kid for what he's gonna do in the future made me bawl my eyes out. He isn't doing it cause he wants to, he's doing it just cause he has to and it hurts to see him sacrifice himself for his friends and for the people of paradise 😭

Hange and her death was epic and sad. I was so happy that she was happy to go out in an epic way and help the others, I was literally cheering her on as she haulted the colossal titans. Then cried with a smile when she met Erwin and the other cadets. She truly went out with a bang and a hero, an amazing character with a purpose.

This was terrible Hange didn’t deserve to see them again, she fought against everything they fought for. Floch was the one who should’ve met them. He fought and died for the protection of his people. -Hange fought her people to protect those who are trying to kill her people.

For me the saddest thing is knowing eren suffered the most, became the devil, decided to lose everything, his freedom, family, and life for the sake of his friends and his homeland, and most painful thing was he did it and carried all burden ALONE.
