if you're facing his backside, point your knuckles outward, punch right beside the shoulder blade, grab the arm, twist and pull. oh yeah don't do this to your brother.

Very good and informative video on how to find and execute an effective strike to the liver. And yes...when done correctly it is a fight ender.

Getting punched in the liver is literally crippling. If you are EVER in a. Fight. Whatever you do don’t let your liver get hit and target the persons liver.

My friend and I were playing around yesterday at school and he gave me a nice hit in the solar plexus and then hit me as hard as he could in my liver and I was down for 10 seconds. Definitely the most painful place I have been hit. I then punched him in the liver and then in his shoulder joint and knocked him done for a while and said it still hurt today.

Last night, I got punched hard in the solar plexus while breathing in. Not for the first time. It was crippling. I couldn’t breath. My gut was full of nerve pain, my diaphragm locked up, & I dropped to the ground yelling in pain. I struggled to breathe for about 10 seconds. 8 hours later, it’s still sensitive.

Those Bas Rutten liver shots come to mind…ouch

back when i did taekwondo my instructor through left hook in the liver and put me on the ground i’ve never been hit there at the time

Top 3 worst spots to get hit 1. Liver because it causes you to touch your liver and not stand and your whole body feel weak especially your legs. So weak that you fall and cannot continue to fight. (And paralyzing is so op as you literally cannot even fight. If your an expert to liver shots) 2. Solar plexus because it causes lungs to shake which will disrupt your breathing, but if hit hard and fast enough it could make you fall. But you could easily recover after a couple minutes maybe. (If you cannot stand and breathe you cannot fight which is why it’s number 2) but cannot paralyze you to not let you fight back. 3. Trachea because it could make you choke and block the wind pipe which will cause pain in your neck and not allow you to breathe, if hit hard enough since it’s a weak spot could knock you down.

I've been kicked in the going very hard before and lightly too. I'm talking strong, strong kick from a black belt straight to the groin. Sometimes that will drop you.

I guess solar plexus is more painful with a bare knuckle shot. With gloves on liver shot pains more

Can't agree on this. I was hit in groin once, really hard. I almost blacked out. In couple minutes I could not see and move.
