Here’s a fun fact about Knuckles Chaotix: did you know that Vector the Crocodile is the only sonic character to canonically believe in God? In the Japanese manual, Vector’s reason for being in the game is because he believed that the island the game takes place in was a miracle from God and wanted to explore it.

Imagine cream and charmy as a duo in any sonic game. They would be the most powerful of all.

As soon as I saw Charmy on the thumbnail, I immediately knew it was going to be Knuckles Chaotix. Man, that was a weird game.

Meanwhile in Sonic Heroes, Espio was busted because you can easily turn invisible and throw shurikens at every enemy before they can see you. Just goes to show how a weak character in one game can easily become op in the next.

Another cool thing is mixing Charmy's flight with Heavy. If I recall the end result correctly, you barely notice a physics change and now have a wrecking ball.

Sonic characters get more powerful the smaller they are

Mighty and Ray actually appeared in the little-known SegaSonic The Hedgehog, in case you didn't know.

I tend to prefer giant bosses over small ones because they look awesome, but should I ever get to play as giant characters, their hitboxes in action oriented games are so massive while their defense remains untouched that they always end up as one of the worst characters in the game (looking at you, ZX Advent!).

That really looks like it could Bee overpowered. I thought the same when I saw Kirby's Dream Land for the first time: Infinite flight does make it possible to skip most threats, but not in Extra mode where most enemies can fly too, and faster than you. Kirby games also seem to have more of their difficulty focused in the bosses anyway.

Charms is one of the underrated Sonic Characters I was surprised at how he breaks apart Knuckles Chaotix in half with his infinite flight, seeing Charmy in Sonic 1 and 2 makes me want to play as him in al the classic games, heck I bet he would make Labyrinth Zone more bearable. Using the Metropolis Screw Crusher for Size Measurements was an ingenious idea! Glad to you see our Broken Bee Boy getting some love from you and let’s not forget the Rabbit Princess Cream.

oh, i just remembered: in Super Mario World, his first SNES game, Mario can get hold of a cape, which gives him fancy gliding abilities! it's possible to use that to skip some entire stages. i also know of a secret exit in one level where you need to swoop UNDER the normal exit and back up!

Pair him up with Heavy, and you're basically an absolute WRECKING BALL!!! Oh, and did you know about the glitch to gain infinite height with him in Sonic Heroes?

What's interesting about Knuckles' Chaotix is that originally it was suppose to be a Sonic game in some capacity. In the Debug Mode, there's an unused character in this game that you can picked which normally crashed the game when he's landed on the ground, but beta version of the game had that character functional and behaves as Tails as he was suppose to be intended to be in the game at one point. Sonic were also planned to be a playable too, but he was later being replace with Mighty, hench why Mighty was the first character picked on the Debug Mode. Surprise you didn't compare Mighty with Sonic as he shared almost identical sprites as Sonic.

Never thought I see the day where Charmy Bee is considered to be a power character in gaming alongside Kirby, Gen 1 Mewtwo, Sephiroth, Manfred von Karma and Morgan Freeman.

Speaking of Heavy and Bomb, don't bother with Bomb *AT ALL.* Heavy, on the other hand, is usually the best ally to get when you're playing as Charmy.

Also, the only time it was even worth picking up anyone in Knuckles Chaotix was if you got Bomb or especially Heavy. Anyone else can basically stay off the ground easily. Plus carrying Heavy and running through enemies was surprisingly fun for a while. Closest thing you get to permanent invincibility.

Honestly... the only real fun to be had in Knuckles Chaotix is breaking the non-existent level design with Charmy. It's such a plain and forgettable game otherwise. Then they had to ruin Charmy in the 3D games by giving him the most obnoxious voice known to mankind.

I’’ll always question why they decided to make Charmy so damn big in the modern games. It’s certainly overpowered in this game, but his size fits him because, you know… he’s a bee. now in games like Forces or Generations, he’s the size of like… Tails or Amy

Charmy has always been my favorite member of the Chaotix, even before I discovered how broken he was on the 32X. I've got a soft spot for annoying tagalog characters. That said, he is FAR too broken. If I were going to nerf him for, say, Sonic Mania 2, or something similar, here's what I'd do. I'd make him slightly smaller than Tails, give him traditional Sonic controls on the ground with spinning and whatnot, change his free-flight into a momentum-based hover, make him vulnerable when not air dashing, and cut his air-dashes down to 5 or so. That way he's still hyper mobile in the air, but also brought down to mere demigod rather than full deity.

lol, Mighty's walljumping ability. I haven't seen a walljump that ridiculous. My favorite thing about NSMB-Wii was the Blue Shell's ability to damage Dry Bowser. It takes three hits to beat Dry Bowser this way, although you might also bounce into the axe-like switch after just one. I remember Tails' tail attack being annoying to use. ...how did Charmy not get a flight timer anyway? Going into that segment I was expecting it to be 16 seconds instead of a certain edgelord that Cream wasn't allowed to fight. ...sorry, bad joke.

Charmy is especially powerful in the sonic classic heroes rom hack if you play as him solo, his super form will gain his own bee army of death similar to s3&k super tails

When I was young I always played as cream in the gba sonic game. I was like "Well obviously I'm going to pick the most powerful character"

I never played this game, but I wonder if it's possible to beat each boss without moving? Mind you, if your partner moves your character somehow, that's fine. You just can't move yourself.

These classic games' characters other than Sonic made it feel like they are able to catch up with Sonic's current speed and in the modern games. Those characters are just... There.

Something I don't like about Sonic Classic Heroes is that Vector doesn't smile at the screen while running and giving a thumbs up xD that's one of my favorite things in Knuckles Chaotix. A weakness of Charmy is that he cannot attack on solid ground, he needs to fly to do so, since the ground interrupts his dash and he will end up running towards the enemy instead, and he can be tricky, but other than that, he is broken as hell xD

Charmy is the embodiment of broken joke fighting game characters, too small to hit and can move more easily due to their joke gimmick. Also you forgot to show him combined with Heavy for the wrecking ball strat!

By the way charmy is only tiny while flying, he does have a more normal size when they choose not to, and can change size according to the comics.

Charmy Bee is microscopic. Not in his next appearances in Sonic Heroes and Generations, where he is the same height as the other characters, with Vector being taller than him.

I got a powerful character, who is also the most underestimated character probably in history. First, this is from Undertale so Undertale spoiler warning. The character is: Sans I'm kidding. It's Omega Flowey. Although there are too many people who thinks Sans is above Omega Flowey. Even though there's overwhelming evidence otherwise. I'll explain in the replies. Omega Flowey is a literal God. He can destroy time (shown by him breaking the SAVE file), reverse time AND bring you along with it. (Basically when he LOADS a file in his fight, your HP doesn't reset.). Not only that, Omega Flowey can go beyond the game itself. Which is NOT a single universe. Cause a universe doesn't hold a multiverse worth of timelines (Asriel battle). He xan access game files. This is proven when he crashed the game (oh yeah that too) and he renames the game to "Floweytale" (PC only). He can also change sprites (literally breaking the story pictures) and replaced the goat monster with a Loox. "A child could beat him!!" No, a super human God child with the power of time... COULDN'T beat him. It was the SOULS. You saves the human souls and you kill Omega Flowey, then he resets time and he had planned and controlled everything. He then kills you a million times. BUT somehow, the souls managed to disconnect from him, and somehow just yoinked his DETERMINATION fron him. Also, Omega is supposed to be the player but stronger. That's even gow he van do all that stuff. He has more DETERMINATION. And more proof he can access game files: The player can access fame files. So can Omega Flowey, since he is canonically and logically stronger. In fact, if you try to mess with the game while Omega Flowey is in control of the game, you just can't (PC only). The being with the most DETERMINATION can control time. Or in this case, the entire game. 6 souls combined with Flowey's already extreme DETERMINATION = Game Minipulation.
