The Model 99, with a Schmidt & Bender PM II 3-27x56 High Power MT2 scope, to give you a 9x zoom, at 27x magnification, capability.... I'm just gonna sit on this mountain top and send it, down range, to that Tango 2.6 Klicks (1.6 miles) away and he'll never hear it coming. 😈 Meanwhile... in game... with the M82A1... you struggle to acquire targets beyond, what, 7-800 meters?

i think they just didnt want to have a new caliber (.50) for just two guns, the other being the TAC50. I noticed this in the Five-Seven pistol (5.56 in game, actually 5.7mm irl) and the MP7 (9mm in game, actually 4.6mm irl) as well.

My favorite SNR WAS the TAC50 but since the game dealt me an M82 Gold with +30 Accuracy and + 30 Range AND the Sniper perk (+60 range), WOW!! Dude, thanks to you I have shot down my first drone. I now look forward to drone fly-overs so I can deal with them! :-)

Although the m82 is a great contender I prefer the tac.50 has great stability range can take a helicopter down in one shot sometimes requires two only downfall of the tac.50 is it’s rof as it’s a bolt action rifle I’m an old fashioned guy I love my bolt action rifles lol

If u run Zastava u dont need special bullets or play with sharpshooter for thet havy boys with armor, just shoot them and they go down so eazly 🤷‍♂️

I use the Zastava M93. It ignores enemy armor and i can headshot heavy gunners in 1 shot. And a couple of shots down any helicopter.

@Joan Wick 47 I Used to use the TAC50 But the M93 has less recoil and as before mentioned, it ignores armor. Also compared to the M82, both the TAC50 and the M93 has better range

I've tried them all, but the TAC50 with 10 round magazine and silencer is more tactical. Same damage, just no armor pen.

It's nice but if it cant equip suppressor then I'd say Zastava is the strongest since it can 1 shot wolves in the body. Just my opinion

Yeah, that Zastava is the most powerful in the game, as it stands now. I've 1 shouted turrets and mortar turret, the drones that roll around on the ground. All 1 shot kills.

gonna try this in immersive - kinda scary with no suppressor. I play a special type of sniper... the chicken. at about 20m though, that wasn't a fight it was a war with everyone vs. a sniper with 5 round magazine LOL

M82 isn't the most powerful sniper in ghost recon breakpoint. It's the sniper you get from killing Rosebud. I forget the name, honestly, but it begins with a Z......I've one hit those drones that roll around and the turrets and mortar turrets with it, after it was upgraded to tier 3 of course.

Gee, Will. It's not like we haven't been pleading with you to use the Barret M-82 for months now. Originally designed to be a .50 BMG, I'm surprised to see it identified here as a .338 Win Mag. "For use against vehicles and light armor...." Does pretty well at eliminating soft targets, also. And what you were stumbling defining is semi-auto vs bolt action.

They don't want to have 20 different ammo types, so 338 was apparently chosen. Also, it's 338 Lapua mag, not Winchester.

Hey i like the M82-SNR have used it in the past but usually run with the TAC-50. I remember that they said the M93-SNR was the most powerful buts not in my opinion and rarely even use it plus you cannot suppress the M93-Zastava. They need change the faction missions they are more repetitive like the truck missions need some new DLC gameplay other than the Raids.

I'm surprised people are only just clocking on to this rifle . It's the barrett 50 cal .its a monster the only rifle I use . 2 shots on a helo 3 if its suppressed and makes quick work of any drone even the behemoth if you use the armour piercing rounds on the recon class . Absolute beast!!

I use Zastava M93, because of its highest penetration and firepower in game I can literally one shot at heavily armored enemies with mini guns, and the rest of elites in the chest. I haven’t tried this gun with armor piercing rounds on behemoths yet but I’ll let you know how it goes.

Weapons kill through hydrostatic shock - and muscle convulsions cause falls etc - so where it hits isn't totally vital - a bullet lasts the mass to do too much to a grown man but the energy delivers can travel via nerves etc so a hit anywhere from a large calibre can be fatal :) love your streams and hope you are ok
