You must enjoy playing as John... I think he's a douche... Definitely a one off starter character that eventually evolved into Arthur. He's quicker with his guns, but that's not enough for me to care about him... matter of fact I don't care much about Abigail or Jack for that matter. I don't replay this for the fuckin epilogue.
What a weird take haha. I mean John is John. He was a funnier and more nuanced in the first game, but yeah the game is Arthur’s incredible story. I’m just playing as John to get my first 100%, lots of cool shit to do, I never go to beechers hope so I don’t have to deal with that annoying wife and kid, it’s just me, my horse Abbath, my friend the trapper, seamus the fence man and lots of strong guarma rum and gun slingin across the map
Doing the chores at Bechers Hope gets you 15 honour points. Takes about 20-25 minutes. Clear up cow shit in the barn, milk a cow, carry grain sacks from the house to the back of the chicken coop (I tried putting one on my horse - didn't work) feed the chickens, load 2 egg crates onto the wagon, use the water pump to 'fill' three troughs, put 4 bales of hay in the 4 feeding places, go round the back of the house and chop some wood, go back to the barn and milk another cow, carry milk churns to the wagon then sell the goods for $8. And that's 15 honour points, Feel free to eat one of Abigail's crap dinners, insult uncle a bit, stroke Rufus then off you go on your travels again.
