Why does the game even give karma for Powder Gangers? These are people sent to prison by a corrupt pseudo-government, without trial or investigation. This means that the vast majority of them are innocent. And even if there are innocent people among them, the Courier has committed many more offenses, even with good guy playthrough
@@MedicalBrutality, They don't attack the Courier, they attack those who imprisoned them in the first place. How would you survive in the desert without robbing caravans? Would you go and collect ferocactus fruits? Well, good for you. But many people couldn't do that.
