As a vegan, thank you for not making this “vegan what I eat in a day”. Content like this normalizes eating vegan ! You’re just showing delicious healthy food

i understand you’re very skeptical about uploading lots of videos like this, but i’m twenty four and i personally love seeing the different things you eat, definitely helps me think of healthier options, i just find your videos so much more real that other ones i personally have seen, ive also gone from vegetarian to vegan this year as well so it’s useful for myself in that way too! i’ve been doing your workout as well and it’s helped me feel so much better about myself, i absolutely despise working out but yours goes so quickly and i’m sore the next day from doing it so i know it’s helping my body as well as my mental state, so thank you:)

I literally can’t explain how much I love and admire you Claudia. Your videos always put me in a good mood and make me happy, and just always brighten my day. It would be a dream to find someone that makes me as happy as Finneas, have an adorable rescue dog and a beautiful home that I can call my own. But more than that I just love you attitude to life. It’s honestly so comforting to see how much you eat in a day / not calorie counting and just eating healthy till you’re full. So many of these what I eat in a day videos and diets involve small meals and it’s a struggle so like thank you for putting yourself out there because your body’s actually banging and you actually eat

Bruh i watched one of her videos yesterday, lying in my bed, and almost in a depression rot. Ever since quarantine started, ive beem feeling very down, and have really stopped caring. My room was a complete mess, it was dusty, clothes all over the floor, old cups in my room, i needed to change my bedsheets, my hair was greasy, my makeup table was a mess, THE LIST GOES ON. When i watched her video yesterday, it really inspired me to start taking care of myself again. Today i got my shit together, cleaned my room, did my laundry, had a self care day, and i feel so much better. I aspire to be like her some day🥺
