I picked up some good motions I can do but I was wondering if you could help me. Is there any basic massage I can do for my girl that will leave her feeling good but won't take me spending months learning it? Just need something for when her legs and back are hurtin her and pushing in rotating circles with my thumbs is the only move I know that doesn't seem like it's a back RUB when it should be a back MASSAGE. It leaves me feeling useless, which in turn raises my anxiety and in turn makes me want it to just be over which stinks cuz I love her to death and want to give the best I can. Maybe you have another video that demonstrates some? This massage would be great for her but it's too much to remember.

I’ve been a massage therapist for just over a year. This inspires me. I already do some of the things she’s doing, but the techniques, the movement, the fluidity… It’s also beautiful and there’s so much I can take away from this and learn from. Massage is my passion and I will keep doing it for the rest of my life. It is the most rewarding career I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for this video!

Why do people always think that deep tissue is supposed to be extremely deep and painful? As a fellow LMT, it’s one of the worst things to have so many coworkers talk down to me because they think I don’t know what deep tissue is. When I’m reality I’m the only one in my crew doing it proper 😭 Pain does not always equal beneficial. Thank you for showing some proper deep tissue work ❤

Absolutely agree!! I tell my clients - we only work to the point of “sweet pain”. When pain becomes “ugly” - we should bring down pressure!!! I love this style of massage. I also do similar thing, a mix of lomi techniques and deep tissue (and sports/swedish) blended together x

I am a LMT and it’s nice to see someone who knows the curvatures of the body and respect them. Your flow is awesome, some ppl out there elbows hit spine, ribs, and clients scapula, but you understand how to maneuver your body the right way to avoid hitting those parts. I think if i ever got a massage like this i would sob uncontrollably. Its so intimate and oh my god that process of letting go and having someone literally undo the clutches you have on your own body is so healing but seems so vulnerable! I booked a $300 massage at Aria Casino at Christmas time and I thought it was going to be a joke. Definitely one of the best Deep Tissue experiences I’ve had in my 30 years of getting massages. Going back for an Ashiatsu to relieve back pain. I feel like massages are so mentally healing when done properly.

Lovely! And for those of us who have visual ASMR, it worked like a charm! I do have one comment for massage therapists though: when your client is supine, put a towel roll under their knees. Otherwise there is strain on the lower back, even if it's not readily detectable by the person.

I woke up with the most crucial, painful, pounding morning migraine. Omgg, what is a helpful way to prevent these. Sinus migraines. Your ASMR videos always help. It's like magical healing. Works better thank Tylenol, etc. Their painful. Good morning, BTW. 🪷🪷🦋🦋🤍🤍✨️✨️. Edit; That is like a miracle. My headache has eased uo.
