I tried to calculate the number of combinations in this. The dropper room alone destroys everything. If I'm correct, that one has 255^105240 combinations. That's 255 with 105240 zeros in front. To help understand the scale, imagine a watching this video on 240p. Each pixel represents a zero. The other rooms by themselves (excluding the rythm room) should merge into 3451961852559360000 (3.45 quintillion) combinations.

It's an iron door with space beside it, opened with a positive redstone signal when the combination is right. Thing is, no combination guessing is needed. Just bring a lever. You need a redstone torch too, so 2 sticks, 1 redstone and 1 cobble can remove the necessity for trillions of years of work. Or just bring a pickaxe as people have mentioned.
