What about putting "guard villager's" in those 4 directional flying machines that Ilmango made. I know there aren't really guard villager's but I don't think you can transport iron gollems. HoweverI think it would be cool to see a bunch of villagers that automatically patrol the periphery of the wall in a flying machine.

I imagine they’d have iron golem-creating machines at each wall in case of a raid, and maybe along with that have a “safe house” with an iron door among other things to defend against those door destroyers and beasts from the raid.
@@el_tio_Harryi think they could make an iron golem farm and then capture them in a house or smth so when a raid happens villagers can release iron golems.
Dude, that would be a sick update. Imagine 1% of villages were redstone villages. Dozens of iron golem guards, and they couldn't be raided. That would be cool, in my opinion.

I think there should be little safety pods in the villager houses, So whenever there is a raid etc, the villager will run into their house and a little flying machine, (safety pod) will fly them up until the raid is over. (I dont know if it's possible, but seems cool if it can be done)

If villagers could do redstone, they would invent some kind of hyperefficient villager killing device. We all know they're really good at finding the most efficient way to off themselves en masse. It wouldn't be too long until they industrialized the practice
I think it would be awesome to have a village where the villagers run the redstone village by walking over synchronized pressure plates that allow production or other trigger related things to happen ...
Would love to see an update on this. It would have been interesting to try active villager defense systems, where a system of traps outside the walls (arrow/fire charge dispensers, whatever) are activated by observers attached to a village bell. When a raid occurs, the villagers scurry over to ring the bell and activate the traps. And if the observer isn't able to detect the bell ringing, then perhaps a sculk sensor would work to detect the bell ringing.
I made a wall around my village and redesigned the roads, as well as making some multi-story buildings. I played around with doors and pressure plates, and made the village well-lit.

Imagine that you're just chilling in your house and one day a random guy comes there building walls around the whole place and build huge boxes everywhere and turning the place to a castle

At 9:00 I had a thought: what if the clerics when struck by lightning would throw level 2-3 potions while another profession base villager would throw level. Not only that but witches help in raids, What if Pillagers conducted experiments with the new lightning rod on clerics.
