Big Daddy was likely heavily inspired by Vito Corleone. Both gangsters that would have done bad things but are still very likeable and the kind whose successors betrayed their legacy.

Hands down my favorite series. Ever. Period. Never cried so hard at the end of a series. I mean Cowboy Bebop teared me up, and Blue Gender got me in the feels a bit. But damn. Watching the lives of these two men go up and down and backwards was definitely a roller coaster. It can be a little corny with the names being constantly hammered home over and over again, but I wouldn't have it any other way. An underrated gem, for sure. I own the series and watch it at least once a year.

My best friend has been asking me to watch this anime for years and finally a couple months ago I decided to watch it with him. We began it coinciding with the release of the bleach thousand year blood war anime so what we would do is every Monday watch an episode of this followed by the new bleach episode. Funny enough we started on episode 2 I think by accident or maybe my friend did it intentionally idk. Anyway I was a little resistant at first but I kept going with it one episode each week. By the time blood war shows up I was totally hooked looking forward to the new episode every week. We still have 4 episodes left to go and I’m so excited to see how it all finishes

Loved this series. Funny enough Gungrave Overdose the game was to act as a sequel to the anime..........it got weird. It involved blind swordsmen with fire powers, ghosts possessing guitars, and the ultimate discovery that the tech involved bringing the dead back to life and making monsters came from aliens........yep.

I always liked that bear and bunji both had codes that they went by, bunji would not reapect brandon unless he bested him physically first in a duel and bear was loyal to his employer to no end like a soldier following orders without question even though he knew much more was goin on.

It’s a shame that the new game flopped but hey we still got the anime and the 2 preexisting games

Besides random dbz/pokemon episodes on TV, this was the first full anime I ever watched. It’s always going to be the show I love the most.

This anime is like if you took berserk, added mafia zombies and lots of guns, and then actually had an ending. Definitely one of the most underrated shows of all time.

Good story overall except for the part where the main character is cucked and he's ok with it while completely denying his loves feelings and letting her go to an old man. Sounds like some weird ntr shit.

that was a great vidéo , but you just forgot about one fact , the quality of the O S T og this show . I so lot of people talking about cowboy bebop , but for me gun grave is as the same height in terme of quality . For me gungraves will stays the more underrated anime ever
